My ordeal with this company started in October of 2014 when I placed an order for a custom made Pokeball shift knob for my manual car. I was initially told I would have a 4-6 week wait, however, after 4 long months of going back and forth through email, I still had nothing to show for my $50 investment. I suffered through attempting to deal with a business owner who is nothing short of incompetent while being (as far as I can tell) lied to outright about my order shipping "tomorrow" and about how I would be given "a ton of extras" to compensate for my wait. It was only after I threatened to report for fraud that I was taken seriously, and I received my knob, poorly packaged, with nothing but my receipt with it. The owner of the company (Andrew Yoell according to his gmail account) neglected to answer me for several weeks at a time for most of the course of all of this and did so yet again when I emailed him requesting a partial refund (which I didn't think was an outrageous thing to ask considering!) Under no circumstances should any person give him their business! Any evidence you'd like to see to back up my statements can be readily found in the comments on his Instagram *******@freakefresh, where you'll find dozens of would-be customers with cases identical to mine expressing their dissatisfaction through their social networks. BUYER BEWARE!

I had a smiling experience as Glo M. Except I did not receive my knobs. I ordered one for my husband and one for myself Nov 14,2014 and paid $122.50. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I was told making the knobs and shipping would take 4-6 weeks. In March, after not receiving anything or hearing from the guy, I emailed him as well as sent him a message on instagram asking for an update on our knobs. He assured me he had the figures I requested and was "just buttoning them up." The end of March I emailed and messaged him again stating that I would be moving in the next couple weeks and asked if I should give him my new address or if they would be mailed before April 's end - he said they would be sent out before then but to give him my new address anyway. Still nothing months later and no dmore replies from this guy. I was being very calm and polite because ignorance gets you nowhere, but clearly that didn't work either. In July I tried to file a claim through paypal but was denied because it had been past 45 days - which is bull because the seller assured me through emails I wold be getting my order soon, so why would I file a claim at that time? It has now been over a year and still nothing. Worst $122.50 ever spent. Some people are posting on the freakefresh instagram that they are just now getting orders from Oct and Nov of 2014 so all I can do is hope I get mine - but I won't hold my breath. I wanted to support a small business within the car scene but this guy is a serious coward. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he has an illness or family issues holding him up but no response, no acknowledging the people politely waiting for him is keep his word is just ignorant! NEVER AGAIN.
