Stole my money and provided no product. Impossible to get in contact with to resolve this issue. MASSIVE SCAM. DO NOT BUY. Once they finally responded to my emails, they informed me there was a simultaneous order and my order did not get processed. I ordered these swimmers in December and it is now April. Still have not sent through the second pair I chose in replacement...
I ordered a bikini top with express shipping, which cost an extra $30 USD. I ordered it August 11 and it is August 26. I e-mailed numerous times about cancelling the package all together however they CONVENIENTLY emailed me once the package had entered the destination country, DAYS late. My first fault in placing this order is that frankii does 24 - 72 business hour express delivery, and even with this, the item was shipped out past this time frame. The customer service rep was telling me how it is out of their control, which is complete BS. If an express order is placed it is YOUR job as the business to ensure that your delivery service is aware of this and that the parcel is delivered WITHIN the stated time frame. 5 emails were sent out to frankii swim over the time span of two weeks with absolutely no reply until the day before the package was meant to be delivered. Two whole weeks late. I do not recommend shopping from this website AT ALL the owner of the business does not care about the customers and clearly is uneducated with little to no knowledge on how to SUCCESSFULLY run a business. I have wasted over $100 Canadian dollars on this ONE bikini top. I am furious. I cant even give one star for any of the ratings listed below.
I bough an $100 bikini size 8. I'm thin and short and it wears like a 6 super small. I've tried to contact them to get a bigger size, But they didnt care at ll. It was my 1s purchase and I had no idea they were to small. Dont know whats the big problem on freakin exchanging a product where the customer cannot wear it. Such a bad business and customer care. I got the worst excuses ever, like they are small coverage, they stretch. I'm brazilian damn if we do are used its small coverage bikinis. Never ever buying anyhting from them.
I tried to return my bikini as it changed colour from one swim in the pool! The terrible customer service ignored my request and said no... apparently a faulty product doesn't warrant a return... I saw heaps of girls commenting the same thing on the Instagram. Then they blocked me... very professional. God I hope they get NSW fair trading onto them soon. I'm filing a report...
I ordered swimwear online from Frankie two months ago and never received it. Emailing the company doesn't do anything. Contacting the owner directly doesn't do anything. The company has no telephone contact and won't offer refunds -- illegal under Australian Consumer Law. If you're unfortunate enough to fall for this company's slick advertising, you can try taking these steps to get your money back:
1. Ask your credit card company to arrange a chargeback to refund your money.
2. Email owner Rebecca Klodinsky directly at *******@live.com and *******@frankieswimwear.com.
3. File a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC): https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/complaints-problems/make-a-consumer-complaint
4. Request assistance in resolving a dispute at Victoria Consumer Affairs (VCA): https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/contact-us/resolve-your-problem-or-complaint
5. Lodge a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs (OCA) in Canada, where Frankie's websites are hosted: www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/oca-bc.nsf/eng/home
6. DON'T FORGET: POST YOUR REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS ON FRANKIE'S FACEBOOK PAGE, INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT AND TWITTER FEED ETC. The company will change or go out of business if enough consumers complain.
