I purchased 4 pairs of earnings 4 months ago. I wear them 24/7; to the beach, in the shower, etc etc. All but one pair have held up well. I emailed them with a photo showing the one pair that lost a few stones, and they immediately sent a replacement, no questions asked. Great, reputable company. I will absolutely purchase from them again.
I bought a pair of earrings and necklace from this business. I 100% REGRET BUYING FROM FRANCESCA JEWELLERY! Do not buy your jewellery from this business! The earring post did not fit the butterfly closure so I contacted them to let them know the backing did not fit. They sent me a replacement backing and it still did not fit, it was too loose. The quality of the earrings is terrible! I wasted my money on these cheap- looking earrings and necklace. Never will I buy from Francesca again! Do not be fooled by their slick marketing on their website. Buy your jewellery from a more reputable business such as Nicole Fendel.
