The ordered perfume has been sent in an unsecured parcel and arrived smashed. The customer service email kept returning with "part of the message not received" every time I've attempted to attach photos. The CS advisors acted like they can't read and when I've lost my temper - denied further support (as if there was any from the beginning!) AVOID THIS COMPANY
Good price. Fasts shipping. I never received a tracking number in an email, however, nothing went wrong and it arrived quickly.
I placed order on 1st September and just received it yesterday. Although my order got so delayed, it was worthy of quality of product that I received. I loved their products and already referred to my friend. Yeah it was over all a good experience if I don't see the time it took to reach out to me.

Great discounts and to me it is better than fragrance.net especially because of the free shipping option plus the discounted price. After placing the order I had some trouble with entering the Authorisation code but once it finally accepted after like 5 tries it was smooth sailing

The bottle has no cap but with a paper roll as the toilet paper's core. I do not expect to receive a bottle of perfume like that and wonder if this bottle is indeed original from L'Heure Bleue or reproduction by an unknown workshop. Please do let me know.
