The ordered perfume has been sent in an unsecured parcel and arrived smashed. The customer service email kept returning with "part of the message not received" every time I've attempted to attach photos. The CS advisors acted like they can't read and when I've lost my temper - denied further support (as if there was any from the beginning!) AVOID THIS COMPANY
Product did not arrived on the initial delivery date or the new revised delivery dates. I was not able to contact company by phone. I was put on hold for a long period of time and on several occasions with no customer service representative assisting. I sent a email via company website Help link. The Help link didn't reply, but the delivery information was updated/revised once again. Product finally arrived about 10 days after being ordered.

I'm disappointed this time as this perfume doesn't last on like the tester I tried at one of our perfumery in Sydney
I tried to apply a 15%-off discount code when I ordered; didn't work. Gave me the option of a "loyalty discount" when I checked out. Less than 2 dollars! Some BS. I'll be buying fragrances elsewhere, from now on.
The guy basically told me take it or leave it. Not good.
I usually order from them but last time i ordered 5 perfumes. 3 of them same brand bud different scents, one of them came without label no name nothing! I emailed them with pictures and they said it's not fake! How come

Products and prices are great. Delivery was a disappointment. Never had a problem with this site before so I expected my order before xmas. Did not get it until 12/29 which was 10 days after ordering.
My go to perfume for years for my mother in law.
First bottle I received was broken. Called they were closed. I needed it for an event out of state. They didn't even apologize or make up for it. I have been a faithful customer. I won't be leaving a good review on my channel.

It was okay, just that i cant choose my country Ghana as a billing address and my order has to be put on hold for me to contact my bank for a verification code before my order can be completed, this wastes my time and ruins the shopping experience. This is the 3rd time i have encountered this problem. Please fix or else i will take my business elsewhere.

I received my fragrance, but it was half empty and seemed like much of it had leaked out.
Blind buying oud fragrances
I have to spray it on constantly. The scent completely dissipates within 30 min. I was so excited to see that I was sent a brand new, unopened bottle that I immediately ordered another one. Now I feel stupid. These must be really old.

I really wanted this to work, but sadly my fragrance gift to my mom, only lasted 1 hour on her and she sprayed it on 2x withing 3 hours. Aside from that, the service from Fragrancex was good.

The bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier was leaking around the metal seal at the top of the bottle and about one forth empty, it should be replaced as I have never had a problem with any of the countless orders in the past. There was no indication of miss handling on the shipping box.

I like FragranceX I’ve been shopping with y’all for years, but I chose 1perfume I hated.
I liked all the Jessica McClintock perfumes I have them all except for this one, I decided to try it to go with my Jessica McClintock collection, but dancing stinks so disappointed.
I purchased three fragrances and A day later I was notified that one of the fragrances was lost so they could only ship two of the three fragrances. This has happened before where I order three and only received two. I did receive a refund but I had a bad experience because if I was to order that third fragrance separately, I would have to pay for shippingWhich would have been free if they sent it in my original order.

I ordered and made payment for 2 brand new items and I received 1 new item and the other was an unwrapped, opened and used item, despite the order taking longer than the promised date.
My customer satisfaction rating on this experience is very poor.
