I've tried reaching out to you twice w no response. My order smells off. Return policy is crazy! No thanks!
Ordered from them a couple of times. Both times horrible experience. First time they shipped a different fragrance and at first refused to fix as they said it was the same brand. This time I paid for "expedited shipping". An expensive option that according to their website would have them process and ship the order within 2 days and would be shipped express. It has been over a week since I ordered and the product is not shipped. They do not have a working phone and also do not respond to emails. Stay far away from this company

I have not ordered from this site for a few years( only because i live in Australia and the difference in the dollar makes it cheaper to buy here) but i ordered from the site numerous times and never had a problem with delivery or authenticity and that was coming all the way to Australia. I don't understand how there can be such a huge discrepancy in the reviews.
First time on-line purchase of Creed Aventus from Fragrance Shop. Totally disappointed with as perfume appears fake. Compared it with one that my colleague bought on-board Ethiad Airways. Difference is chalk and cheese.
Can someone please assist me with reporting this information to Fragrance Shop directly?
I have yet to have any issues with his company. I am surprised there are so many negative reviews. My perfumes/colognes were authentic and shipped in between the time said.
All these negatives I was concerned. To spend 200 dollars on a Creed get a Whaat not a happy day in my existence. I received the fragrence in four days, paid express ship, it was sealed and smells authentic. I really like Aventus I own SMW and GIT and I am confident can smell a quality issue. I could give this a five star there were No issues I want to see over time how it goes forward first. No issues.
I ordered 2 products from this seller, i was told one item was in stock, the other one unavailable, i asked for a refund, they then asked me if i wanted a refund on both items or just the one that was unavailable, i replied to them saying that i would like a refund on the one that was unavailable. I am happy to say my unavailable item was refunded in just a couple of days and my other parcel arrived a week or 2 later, considering i live in Austalia, i think this wa great service. Thank you Fragrance Shop
