Bought three bottles of perfumes from them and was very pleased with the service I got especially from Kristal. Just wanted to leave a positive review to show my pleasure.
Complete lack of communication. Over 2 weeks after ordering my item still hasn't shipped and I cannot raise any response from them of any kind. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is for whatever reason their system automatically chose COD as the payment method, which I thought the next page would be the payment page but instead it sent the order, so at least I'm not trying to get a refund out of their complete brick wall of communication. But I wouldn't suggest trying to buy anything from them, you'll just get ghosted.

If you want to attempt it, COD seems to be their default, so at least you're not out any money. But don't hold your breath about getting your item and there is absolutely zero customer service. I'm genuinely not sure they're even in business anymore, although why is the site still up and accepting orders if there's no one fulfilling them?
