I am an Eau Addict level, very frequent buyer on FragranceBuy.com and I am located in the United States. I have been a loyal customer of FB because of their stock of excellent and often hard to find perfumes, their great prices and additional bonuses for frequent buyers, their generally reliable customer service, and their quick shipping to the U.S. I had a problem with a recent order and FragranceBuy very quickly provided me with recompense for my trouble and reassured me that they are working hard to address the issues that led to it. To me, that is a sign of a company that takes its customers and its customer service very very seriously. Overall, I highly recommend FragranceBuy for perfume addicts like me - both in Canada and the United States!

The only problem with Fragrancebuy is the loyalty program. The more you buy, the more benefits you will get, however, you only are allowed to use one benefit per order, and receive a bunch of more benefits for the next ones again! Meaning you'll never get to that point to use your promos, and they are actually useless. Imagine you have 10 free shippings and 5 discount coupons. You can either use free shipping or discount coupons which is so weird.

The fragrance and shopping experience was good as usual, but this time, Fedex decided it would not leave my parcel on the side doorstep instead requiring me to be present whenever they happened to drop by. I work like most folks during the day so bad news for me, they kept my bottle of Dior homme intense leaving me with a "we tried to deliver but you weren't there" sticker. No info whatsoever as to where I could go pick it up.
The folks at Fragrancebuy found the location of my parcel quickly, but I had to drive half an hour just to get to the Fedex warehouse where my fragrance was being held.
I bought many times from Fragrancebuy and it's the first time the delivery company won't leave my bottle at the door.
I will not buy again if I can't have my perfumes dropped at my door, this is a big NO NO! For me.
137$ worth of fragrance should not require a signature unless it comes with a 75" TV:-)

Edit: Fragrancebuy refunded the shipping fees. Thank you, I know this was not your fault but I appreciate your help. As for me: Fedex no more, I'll go with any other carrier available from now on

I live in an apartment abd the buzzer code wasn't captured when.i ordered. Someone tried to call me and I wasn't able to pick up. No other attempt was made to reach me, even though my name is in the directory someone could have buzzed up that way. Instead I got a vague message that thd delivery failed and would be attempted again at some point. I had to follow up to find out how and when. This was my first time having a problem with delivery, but it was frustrating
Fragrance buy reached out about this issue. I certainly wasn't expecting them to, but I am grateful for the quick response and the swift action they took to acknowledge my concern and resolve the matter. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

This recent order was my 4th or 5th order, Whenever I order between 150-250$ but couldn't received any free samples which is kinda disappointing and for the offer just hardly get 5-10% off not more then that and most of the time products are.
