I ordered a fragrance which was not available anywhere, It came well on time and nicely packed.I will recommend this place to my friends and family.Will be a repeat customer.
I ordered liquid aftershave from this website when the price dropped. But they mailed me the cheapest aftershave balm after 2 weeks. Totally different! Also, one of balm was already opened. I contacted customer service immediately. They told me they didn't do anything wrong. If I return it, the shopping plus restocking fee of 20% will be charged, and they will inspect it. After my email, they changed the price and title back on their website immediately and emailed me again said that they mailed correctly. I wonder if I return it, they might use any excuse, such as I opened it already, to deny me. My order didn't cost me too much, but it is a very valuable experience to tell people. Do not shop here. They won't treat you fair or honest. (saved all evidence)

They send an unusable broken item that was sticky and dirty. There customer service is poor as well.

I bought from this company before but had no issues till now. I bought the item on Dec 5th and still didn't receive any updates of delivery. Keeps saying that the delivery was canceled but they took my money already. Write to them few times with hope for an answer but nothing. They never replied. I guess I just got scammed!

Very bad customer service. They never answer the phones and never reply to the emails either. Wrote few times with no response. As well as called. Big scammm!!

I ordered a hard to find perfume 10/05/21. I should have read more of the reviews from Trustpilot not just the first few. I never would have paid several hundred dollars for something that he clearly never intended to send. The company will not answer phone calls or respond to any emails. When I try to use their website page designated for customer questions it repeatedly kicks up an "oops" message. They have ghosted but they are still listening items for sale. Please don't fall into the same trap as me, read several reviews not just the first few. Check them out on the BetterBusinessBureau site, they are not accredited and others have had the same complaint. I did find a different phone# than listed on their site but still no one answers. Beware!
Tip for consumers:
If you're looking for a difficult to find fragrance do not believe they can get it or have it no matter what they list- your card will immediately be billed and you will not receive anything, especially a refund or even an email. I feel scammed.

Despite some of the negative reviews, I took a huge chance and ordered a fragrance that was way too expensive everywhere else. I ordered on a Monday. Perfume arrived by Friday. Of course this will depend on your location. Package was shipped from NY and best of all fragrance was authentic.

Use a credit card that has purchase protection if anything goes wrong

My perfumes arrived very quick and I loved them. They were authentic perfumes with great offers. Delivery was great too.
This is my 4th attempt to purchase from these scammers. Order was canceled without explanation each and every time and just realized that what they do is collect credit card information for fraudulent activities because my card was compromised shortly after I placed the order. STAY AWAY! Not worth the risk.
