I ordered a phone in September and they contacted me in October telling me to pick it up at the post office but it wasn't there. There asked me to wait 2 months to get my money back. After these two months they offered me a few dollars and as I told them I wanted to have my phone they blocked my ticket, the second ticket I opened they asked me to wait a few weeks. They don't care about their customers, only about their money.

J'ai commandé un téléphone en septembre, jamais reçu, depuis 3 mois leur service client me dit d'attendre ou me propose des pacotilles. Vraiment une honte.

I loro servizio cliente fa davvero schifo, dopo tre mesi as aspettare il mio telefonino mi dicono di aspettare di nuovo due settimane. Prendono in giro i loro clienti.

Despues tres meses no he recibido mi teléfono. El servicio cliente no quiere enviarlo otra vez y me propone solo un reembolso parcial. No son serios.

I have made a few orders to Gearbest, but for expensive articles (from 150 to 600 euros).
It takes a long time to be delivered, from 15 to 30 days, but it is a part of the deal so it is not a parameter to include in my feedback.
The two main points are:
- The effort they make to answer to any question, very quickly, very kindly and very efficiently,
- The price. If you select carrefully your product, you can make very good deals. Some times, the same products can be found with txo different prices.
I mention that I pay with Paypal to avoid any problem of money back in case of fraud.

Un site que J'utilise depuis longue temps un site généralement bien sécuriser et le bon support
