Based on other reviews here I was a bit concerned about the quality and customer service but went ahead anyway because it looked to be exactly what I was looking for to add to Cigar Bar for my Son's wedding. One concern was using black background. I talked with customer service and they said that there might be some cracking on the fold. I found the agent to be helpful and honest. Frankly he was correct. Most boxes were perfect. Only some had issue shown in picture. I didn't give five stars because I never do unless it is my wife's cooking.

I tried desperately to get help from customer service, but they would not rectify the mistake. They ignored emails and took forever to get back to me. Beyond unprofessional and maybe the worst online ordering experience ever. Skip the hassle!

They sent my products late, when I received them all of the items that had been printed on were smudged and had the wrong logo on them. I tried desperately to get help from customer service, but they would not rectify the mistake. They ignored emails and took forever to get back to me. Beyond unprofessional and maybe the worst online ordering experience ever. Skip the hassle!

This customer was unhappy with her products. She reached out to us for resolution. We asked her to send photographs of the goods which she begrudgingly did. They did not look good. Our policy states that we can and often ask for the product back which we did in this case prior to a refund. We advised customer we would send a call tag via Fed Ex to pickup the package, all she needed to do was to put the goods back in a box and leave it outside her door. No need to be home, no need to print a label, no need to take it anywhere except outside her front door. She refused to do this and told us NOT TO CONTACT HER AGAIN. A few days went by and she started calling and emailing us again and we again asked her to return the goods using our call tag. Again she refused to do this siting it was too much to do and we were rude and unprofessional and starting threatening to post negative reviews all over the place. We are happy and willing to refund her for her goods but ask her to return the package on OUR dime. We have been in business for better than 18 years and have only a few customers of nearly 1 million sales who have decided they would NOT do return the goods and then post negative reviews. Again, as soon as we get the goods back, we are happy to refund her money.

I was going to do a rather large project with them, but I found that I couldn't actually speak to a person. When I chatted with somebody on their website, they were apathetic, absolutely no help and didn't care if I walked away or used their business. I ended up using aura-print.com, and they were FANTASTIC... the opposite of this ridiculous company that just wants to take your money and run.

Products used:
I was intending to print A7 birthday invitations in full color, on cardstock with foil printing. I tried to use their interface to design it, but it was so clunky. It wouldn't allow me the control I needed to produce a satisfactory output. When I reached out to them to find out if I could submit it to them already completed via upload, they told me no and said that I could go use someone else. So I did.

Terrible service so far. Anticipated delivery date was 11/20 it hasn't even been shipped. I ordered a cutting board with my clients names on them & a set of wine glasses with their names on them. They called me about 7 days ago to tell me they wouldn't be able to complete the wine glass order, fine they reimbursed me. I'm just saying though if my order was the first week of september how many weeks does it take to realieze you don't have wine glasses left. They suck and unfortunately for them that was a test because I need about 25 others for past clients. Bunch of Payaso's Google spanish translate that.

The customer created these napkins on our website, which offers customers a visual proof of how their product will look before purchasing. We also sent over a proof to the customer before these were to be produced. The napkins matched the proof provided on the website and the proof sent to the customer by our graphic designer.

A friend of mine ordered plastic cups from them for their wedding and to test them out, she used one like normal, washed it in the dishwasher because they say they are dishwasher safe on the top rack and the lettering came off after only 4 washes. These products are incredibly poor quality.
She posted this information on her social media recommending not to buy cups from foryourparty.com and someone from the company reached out to her to resolve the issue. They expressed "sincere" apologies and made it seem as though they wanted to remedy the situation and they even asked her to post the apologetic email on her social media showing that they were "rectifying" the situation.
IT WAS ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS. THEY HAD NO INTEREST IN FIXING THE ISSUE.
My friend had to email multiple times to even get a response from them and the response from CS was as follows:
"Thank you for sending a follow up. I do understand your disappointment and I am so sorry the cups did not live up to your expectations. We have been selling personalized cups in large numbers for many years and rarely have any issues with them. The cups including the ink are dishwasher safe however not all dishwashers are the same. Some households have their water temperature set very high, some use more abrasive soap, some have higher calcium levels, some simply wash harder than others. We can not account for all of this and sell this product as a disposable albeit reusable cup.
It is safe to put them in the dishwasher, I do this with mine all the time and they are fine. I use a moderate water temperature and put them on the top shelf. I get that ink came off of yours after several washes. This is considered acceptable as these plastic cups are not intended to last forever. We appreciate your suggestion to add something in the description and will review this.
That said, If you are unhappy with your product, please return the complete order of 175 cups to us and I will run them thru our dishwasher and if we believe there is a problem we will be happy to remake them for you. Our address is:

They listed their address but its not right to share that information even though their customer service is HORRIBLE. This is coming from a higher up within the company too.

Long story short, THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH INCREDIBLY LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS. DO NOT PURCHASE, I AM TRYING TO SAVE YOU FROM GOING THROUGH THIS. Sari Mintz is the owner and she needs to pick a different profession!

NOBODY order from here. I PERSONALLY worked their myself. Worst experience EVER! Boss's are racist and play favoritism! They don't care about how they make their products. Just as long as they get money and get it rid of their products. Their customer service skills and employees are absolute terrible to the extend. Bosses always tryna crack in appropriate jokes that are offending. The bosses also be drinking. Just terrible just terrible. Then they keep playing me with my money. Once i tried to go about it the right way they accused me of lieing and told me don't come back again. They will play cool in your face and act another behind your back. God bless everybody and DONT WORK OR BUY Anything off them. WASTE OF TIME!.

Vendor modified custom art that was uploaded without notifying me, and proceeded with production. Completed pieces are unusable and completely inaccurate to what I saw and previewed online. Customer service refused to refund nor reprint, and have ignored my emails and calls after my initial complaint. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes!

We only modify art if we can not use the art as submitted and ALWAYS send a proof for approval prior to moving the product with any changes into production. Not all art can be used and customers are alerted of this when we receive art that is not acceptable to the print process. We always take responsibility for our mistakes and gladly remake If we are in error. We are sorry this situation escalated to this level. We have been in business for over 15 years as a leader in our industry because we pride ourselves on customer service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service. I placed an order for gift bags for my engagement party, you couldn't tell the 7's apart from the 9's in the date. It was not like that in the preview, going through talking to people for over a day I finally was directed to the owner of the company. She told me to scrap off the foil with my finger in the middle of the nines to make it recognizable, I had over 100 bags and it wouldn't work. She then got snappy and sarcastic with an attitude telling me that would work and i could send her the bags and she would scratch it with her nail if it was really a problem for me. When explaining it wouldn't work she got angry telling me it does, Besides the point I spent a lot of money on those bags you shouldn't have to do that to a product you purchased and above all for the owner to act like that. No refund, no apologies. Worst experience.

Our site provides customers with templates they preview and see prior to purchase. Taylor order bags from the template she saw, no changes were made to the font or the size of the text. Her bags arrived and looked exactly like the preview with a tiny bit of bleed. We are foil stampers and there can be some bleed of foil which was why we suggested the customer try to remove any over stamping that occurs from time to time. It is very easy to do and we do this prior to sending orders out but sometimes something gets missed. She was very un cooperative in trying to resolve the issue which is easily resolvable. We suggested since here was time to return the product for us to correct and she refused. We have been in business for over 15 years and pride ourselves on customer service and go above and beyond to help customers. We do. We try, hard. But you can not always make everyone happy.

Sadly, I didn't see these reviews before ordering! Everything the negative reviews said is exactly the response I received. They basically blame the customer for whatever goes wrong instead of realizing those of us who order from them do not necessarily have a printing background/ experience so how are we supposed to know how something will really turn out!?!? Looking at it online you still don't get an accurate representation. The font on the matches I ordered was so small I could barely read it! Wouldn't it have been better for them to send an email and make sure that that's how I wanted it to be? Tiny print that no one can read?

We are sorry your experience with us was not good but we do work with customers who are unhappy on a resolution. We have been in business for over 15 years, have sold millions of orders and pride ourselves on customer service so this is a surprise. Our customers can design their own or order from templates but can always preview their product prior to purchase. We also have a toll free number and online chat for customers to ask questions prior to purchase. We can not always know when someone thinks something is too small or too big but we try as best we can to question anything questionable. So sorry this did not work the way you wanted and that we could not make you happy in this instance.

This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Nothing about this company is helpful or accommodating. If you order something online in one color be prepared to get a different color in the mail. They offered a $15 credit for future orders. NOT HELPFUL. RUDE. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

Our website images are color matched to the product as close as possible but we do know that computer monitors display colors differently. Color names are also subjective and we try to name colors to what our team feels best represents the color. We offer a sample service so customers can get color samples in advance of a purchase and provide a discount code for samples to be used when placing an order. We also have a toll free phone number and an online chat manned from 7am ct to 630pm ct for customers to ask questions. When a customer does not like the color they order and it was made correctly, we do send free samples of colors, photographs if time is short and always offer a substantial discount and always a remake if we made a mistake.

I would compare the quality of the Guest Towels to that of a napkin at a fast food restaurant. I reordered the "linen like" thinking more $$ equals better quality. Better, but not much better. I now have hundreds of guest towels I won't be using at my wedding. :(

We purchase napkins from several domestic and international vendors, we do not make the raw goods but our Linen Like product is beautiful not cheap or anything close to what you would find in a fast food restaurant. We sell so many of these that we run out on inventory and have to frequently reorder well before our anticipated needed time. We also have a sample service for customers to get a physical sample of product ahead of ordering as well as a toll free number and online chat giving our customers as many ways to ask questions as possible. We are so sorry you did not like the guest towels and wish we had something better we could have offered you but this is our best guest towel and we made as you ordered and I am certain we offered you a credit for a future order or a discount for your trouble. Again we are so sorry we could not make you happy.

I received very poor quality personalized match boxes from this vendor and when I wrote to complain their response was very unsatisfactory and condescending. To quote from their email: "leather is a more organic material and produces more of a rough edge. I believe people know this about unfinished leather vs a hemmed leather." Clearly it was my fault for not knowing that the leather would look rough and unfinished. If this is what they consider to be a good quality finish, why not show a photo of the side of the box on their site so that customers are clear what it will look like? Very disappointed.

We are so sorry you were unhappy with this product. It has been a good seller and we thought an interesting product to bring to the marketplace. Leather is an organic material and does not cut as cleanly as paper which our regular matches are made from. We always thought this was part of the appeal of the leather not an excuse. We did offer to remake the matches using paper as remaking the matches in leather would result in the same result as the first order.
