Horrible experience ever! Received my 75$ item that was way too small. Shipped back and never got my store credit and now left without an item I overpaid for. This was 2 months ago and they never answer the phone or emails. No determination on where my item is now and they claim their department is backed up. FRAUD! Do yourself a favor and save your $$ and time from this headache! I hope they go out of business before continuing to rip everyone off

I ordered 2 orders and spent over $500!
My first order was sent back and I never heard from them or got my refund. Before I realized I was not getting my refund or store credit I had to order another time and my items came incomplete. No one in the company answers phone calls of reply's back to emails. I strongly advise not ordering from here. Worse than China.
All the designs are weird cheaply made once they are delivered. I had to return multiple times and PAY RETURN SHIPPING. It's unheard off. Their sizes are off (too big) and even though they made a mistake with sizes they still want you to pay return shipping. They pretty much robbed me of my money. Never again. Scammers.
Multiple orders sent to wrong address with no explanation as to why. They don't answer the phones but they can site and write people back on Instagram. I highly do not recommend them.
Dont ever go here, there's make up all over my costume. And there's no refund. They charge high for low quality.
I recently placed an order with this company. Said I would receive my items in 2 days instead I received an email asking for a copy of my ID and bank card. I emailed back stating I would not do that and wanted a refund, I have called no answer and no response since they emailed asking for my personal information. Will be disputing the charges. BBB says the company does not exist at all. Scam company

Do yourself a favour don't buy anything from this store. Ordered 5 items and only got 3! It says free shipping over certain amount they u will be charge for duty fee. Called them several times but no answer. I also emailed them twice but no response. Worse store ever! Fraud fraud fraud!

I order a a 75$ jumpsuit that did not fit I send it back right away it's been 3 months and no answer back from them it's such a scam their customer service does not work at all don't ever buy anything from them
If I could give them negative stars I would. I do not recommend this website AT ALL. Horrible customer service. They do not answer their phones or emails EVER. I tried cancelling my order the day after I ordered it because I found my costume in a store and they would not answer any calls or emails. I then returned it to them via UPS and I am still trying to receive a refund or I would of even accepted store credit from them but now I want no part of their website at all. I have left multiple voicemails and received nothing. I am infuriated with them and think they should be shut down.
Awful, rude, and unhelpful customer service. BELIEVE every negative review you've read about them. Hopefully they will be out of business very soon!
I ordered two items from this site which stated processing takes 5-7 business days and I requested 2-3 day first class shipping. I called on the 6th business day and was told I should get tracking info by the end of the business day. After not receiving shipping info on the 7th business day I called and the woman I spoke with said the warehouse where the shipment was coming from was not answering her so she would give me a call back within an hour. A few hours passed and still no tracking or call so I called back to be put on hold and left there. I hung up and called back to get NO answer. I then checked my email and all of a sudden within 30 mins I received an email stating the order was cancelled due to reasons that were not true. DO NOT order from here. You could never reach a live person but a voicemail that goes unanswered. Customer service is beyond horrible.
If I could give this zero stars, i WOULD! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! I purchased this item on Oct. 10th, when the pre order said it's ship EARLY OCTOBER. On Oct. 11th, i received an email stating my costume had been shipped, yet there was no tracking number. I waited a few days before contacting customer service on the 16th. A few hours later, a rep explained to me that they had just received the item, & it should be shipped soon, making me frustrated because they lied & said the item was already on the way to me. Since it was my first purchase with this site, I got this for a discounted price & free 2-3 day shipping, for about $75. With the shipping time in mind, i decided to not stress if the costume was going to be to me soon. I replied asking if i'd get a new confirmation when it shipped, along w a tracking number, & suddenly no one replied. On the 18th a sent another email, & i got the SAME response, "We just got the items today, so they should be sent out soon" but now i was being told that the website stated presale was for the 20th, which was a lie. Now here we are, Oct. 30th & my items havent been shipped, I'm out $75 & a costume. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
