I am so impressed with their customer service. I spoke with David in the chat when I couldn't get my documents to print. With just a couple questions, he knew what my problem was and offered ways to fix it. The The error was my fault, I accidently started a new account by opening the website in a different browser. He asked if I had any other email addresses, and realized that that was where my paid trial was.
Because I created a document in the wrong place, he took my document and email it to me so I could open it and print it. He went above and beyond and was very polite and very fast. I'm already enjoying the website but because of his customer service I am more than likely going to purchase the year subscription once my trial is over.

Very easy to draft a residential lease, and like that I could see the document as it was being drafted. Also, liked the payment plan options.

Recently, I unexpectedly needed a Living Will Advance Health Care Directive, and much to my relief formswift.com provided that completed document in less than one hour. I appreciated the convenience of the formswift service and the courteous staff

Everything was great other than making someone write a quick message. Still very excited to use this product, simple, great and easy. Hopefully I can change fonts and apply logos so it doesn't look like legal fonts.

Was not sure about this service. However the need and ease of set up made me go for it. I am terrible with recurring bills and would like to opt out of that part please? I will pay for a year if I decide to renew.

Shopping experience was fine. Do think the free form is misleading, I would have paid. Sets up a feeling of distrust using free and monthly and then charging annually.

Quick and Easy! By the time I made these documents myself it would have cost much more than using this easy to use software!

In June, I used their service one time through a free trial to combine pages in a document, later realizing that it was easier to do this through the Adobe Acrobat reader software directly. Well, while looking through my July credit card bill, I found a charge from them for $100! I quickly canceled my subscription from my account on their website. Apparently, I'd accidentally signed up for their annual subscription. In the cancellation email, it stated that if I had any extra charges, I could email them or call them, and gave me the necessary information. I emailed them, and within a few hours they emailed back saying that they were issuing a full refund! It included instructions on what to do to follow up if necessary, and let me know that the refund should be issued within 5 business days. If something changes and I do not receive a refund within the next 5 business days as promised, I will update this review.
UPDATE: They refunded $90 of my $100. Considering the service charges that were likely involved, that's good 'nough for me!:-)

I was confused, it said this was free until I got into it the form wasn't free. A little misleading......but needed this.

Helped me get my 1099 for my vendors completed right before the deadline! Efiled for a reasonable price including them mailing them a copy and emailing them a copy. Great!

I chose Formswift because I just needed a template to create a contract. Formswift offered a free trial, which saved me a great deal of money from going through a lawyer. Well, I forgot to cancel before my free trial ended. So when I saw the monthly fee appear on my bank statement, I called their 1-800 number. I talked to Jason, who was very helpful to cancel my membership. There was no speeches or time to pressure me into keeping my membership. I then thought to ask if it was possible to get a refund for the amount I was billed, even though I was the one who didn't cancel on time. I was a bit embarrassed, but Jason told me it wouldn't be a problem. I received confirmation e-mails showing my account was cancelled and I was being reimbursed.

That was a great customer service experience. I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family!
