Thought I was being billed monthly. Clarifying that it is a one time charge would be helpful and much more considerate to your clients.

instead of saying 7.95 a month you should say 89.00 a year because that's what you charge seems a bit deceitful I will hope future use of the site will be without issue

I don't mind paying for a good service however the google search result listing free resume seemed misleading now that ive paid $80.00 for a resume form.

BAIT clicks! Got me working hard on an important document that said free form - then it let me complete it and then make me pay to access the completed document. DISCLAIMERS at the beginning are ESSENTIAL

The boxes did not line up with the lines so I had to adjust all of them but I liked the format and nice easy tabbing.

I spent quite a bit of time going through their reasonably smooth process to generate a codicil to a will. When I click on the link that gives the details of what I was agreeing they could do with the information I had entered (some financial info, my address, who I was leaving money too, etc.) They were as far as I could tell saying they would be sharing that info (selling it?) to others.
I was appalled. It was disturbing enough that I had to quit before printing my form.
I suspect I thereby got my answer to my nagging question regarding all the sites that offer to generate legal and other forms free (which was "why/how are they doing this free?")
That is, I suspect many of the sites that offer free form preparation are, like FormSwift doing it to get access to your info.
Their assurance, which I think I read on their site, that they don't sell your email address is minor compared to what they imply they will do.
READ THE FINE PRINT OF THEIR AGREEMENT before putting in the work to generate a form, I suggest. That is their terms of service and/or privacy policy.
I gave them three stars instead of just two because as far as I could tell the form they would have generated would have been appropriate.

It said 7.95 per month, not 89.00. That was a bit of a shock! I hope the membership is worth it. We're on a limited budget.

Shopping experience great. Hopefully, my experience with the products, documents will be up-to-date- and compliant with my state laws. True rating is TBD

I would have liked to know there would be a fee to access this form to print, disclosing upfront would have been a better experience.

Loved how easy it was to create my document. Did not love the pricing. It showed a monthly pricing plan, but when the order was placed only an annual plan was available.

it did not indicate the $80plus annual fee. but I guess I can not back track my transaction. it should be clearly indicated so people won't get blindsided, this is not fair to us. Evelyn

Thought monthly fee was billed monthly. Didn't realize is was a full year payment until I submitted by payment method.

I like the template very much but did not like the fact that none of it was free as your webpage advertised. Bait and switch is what I would call it.

Think I would have liked a little more info on what I was going to have to pay before I spent so much time completing a scope of work!

It was good until I went to print it and I felt totally deceived by your advertisement. Totally free to look at is what it should say and very expensive to use!~

i thought this was a free trial!!! i am upset that after filling out the document, I was asked for my credit card info in order to access a document I thought was free.

I have no idea if I like this or not. Wasn't allowed to review document before paying. Wasn't informed ?I'd pay a year in advance.

I was surprised when my free trial automatically turned into a paid subscription for $26. I definitely did not sign up for that. However, I was pleasantly surprised to call, talk to a live operator, and in less than 5 minutes the charge was reversed. So while I think the charge was a little deceptive at least they very quickly fixed the situation to my complete satisfaction.

Felt I was led to believe this document was free. However, noted that I had to choose a payment plan to continue to use the service on my first attempt, or be penalized if I delayed and wanted to use the service further. This is more of a sales trap for serious business people versus one-off users.

i haven't even seen the form and I didn't know they were charging me for the whole year right now so ....

The website was misleading as it shows the service is free. Also a question on the form asks for "section number" of property, which the assessors office does not provide a "section number'. When I googled the question regarding section number, the results provided are for map numbers. I chatted with FormSwift person and he was not able to confirm that Section number is the same a Propery Map number.

The lure of a "free" document is misleading. I would have liked the chance to evaluate the content before having to choose to pay you. If this document is not useful, I will cancel. Your pricing structure is frustrating--if I chose the one month option and later decided the service was worth a yearly subscription, would I pay the $40 for the first month and the $89 for another year? Hoping your offer of cancelling is real, and I would not be charged for months not used if I do cancel. Also, it would be nice to have a list ahead of time of the info needed to fill in the template, rather than have it revealed individually by page as needed.

There is no easy way to move from one page to another - I have to go back to beginning to make corrections. Otherwise, it works fine.
