We rented through this company. Susan Foretich is the name of the real estate broker we went through and coast property management in gulfport Mississippi is her company. We moved into a rental home and the garage door did not work. She offered to have it repaired but we said not to worry about it since we weren't going to be using the garage to park our car. It was going to be used as my husbands man cave. We lived in that house for two years. Our rent was paid in full on time every month we took excellent car of the house and yard. We did a final walk through and Susan assured us we would be refunded the entire amount of our security deposit which was $1000. We are in the military and were moving overseas we explained this to her and provided our APO address for the check to be mailed. Much to our surprise we received a check not for $1000 but just a little over $300. Amongst the list of bogus things we were being charged for was the broken garage door. We tried to dispute the charges but were foolish and did not have any documentation proving that the garage door was broken before we moved in. Susan refused to refund us the amount she had taken out to "make repairs" and we learned a hard life lesson. Not everyone lives by the same moral guidelines. There are people who will scam and steal and deceive and lie. Susan is one of these people. Although we cannot bring legal action because we do not have the necessary documentation to hold her accountable for stealing money from us we can try to warn others so this does not happen again.
