Order arrived with the box ripped open due to poor packaging, parts were missing after multiple calls and emails, with me sending them 8 pictures upon their request. I had to file a dispute with my PMT method for a partial refund as Ford parts prime would do nothing.

I have repeatedly called and attempted to email for parts prime to return a fuel line that I could not use. They have repeatedly told me they would send me a mailing label and return instructions but they never do. I've called 3 times each time somebody else tells me the same thing that those send it right away but I never get it even after I confirmed they have correct email address

Ordered two parts and they send me one. I call and they are total jerks on the phone. I would never give this place another dime of my money.

Even after the dealership received my "no longer needed" part and reimbursed FordPartsPrime, FPP said the part had not been received and that I had to make claim with the shipper.
Tip for consumers:
I suggest returning part only with proof of delivery/ signature.
Easy selection, on time delivery. No problem with the parts. I will definitely continue purchasing parts for my vehicles through them.
