TERRIBLE! - I ordered some havoc helicoptors for my son for Christmas. One was sent broken. Following the instructions on the website, I sent an email and asked for an RMA #. This must be run by one person. He asked for the order #, the date the order was placed and whose name it was under. I gave him all this information. Two weeks later I inquired about it. He asked for an order # again. It was on the email I sent him. He then changed his email address, blocked my emails. I've left messages on the answering machine and he has not reponded. Even my husband has tried to contact this company and no one replies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely no communication skills whatsoever.
