When I arrived at the door of Crossgates Mall Footlocker tonight at 7:50 PM on 03/18/24, a female employee was standing by the door and rudely denied me access. When I questioned why they were closing 10 minutes early with the gate still open, and if the white male counting the register was her manager and was okay with turning away paying customers, she replied "yes." Upon asking if their district manager was aware of this, the female employee became increasingly rude and indignant, directing her aggravation towards me. As I walked away, she continued her onslaught of disrespect, involving an onlooker/customer outside the store despite my departure. The FootLocker employee then proceeded to make unwanted jokes and remarks as I left, prompting me to turn around and address the situation. Upon returning to the store, I requested to speak with the manager. However, the female employee misrepresented the situation to the manager, implying it was merely about the store closing. When I asked for the manager's name and requested his presence at the door, he rudely denied my request. Subsequently, I filmed the encounter to document their unprofessional behavior. The female FootLocker employee persisted in her demeaning behavior towards me and began recording me without my consent, which was highly inappropriate given her instigation, provocation, and unprofessional conduct towards a customer. I hope this incident does not reflect FootLocker's culture. Such behavior was uncalled for, unethical, and needs to be appropriately addressed.

I received the wrong shoes. I was not able to get logged in to the site after several attempts over several days. Each time I attempted to reset my password, the email would not come through. I did wait 45 days to contact them by phone. 45 days from the date they arrived and were in my possession. They refuse to exchange my shoes for a smaller size because they are basing it off of 45 days from when the order was placed and not when I received them. I spend alot of money at Footlocker. This is poor customer service. The shoes have never been worn. Upon opening the box we could see they were enormous and far too big for my daughter so there was no need to try them on. They were never worn.

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1s all white and they came in a week. The package was from UPS. It came in a plastic waterproof bag. When I opened the package the box WAS BEATEN up, I don't understand why they don't ship SHOES in a box instead of the shipping being cheap. Thankfully my shoes came in right but, there were some scratches - not bad but you could still see it. The package literally almost ripped in half - that's how bad it was. I am never ordering from Footlocker. I would rather order from Nike itself. I paid full price for everything and I end up getting my shoes in a plastic bag beaten up - disappointing!

I had a horrible experience with this store, they don't care about quality service and delivery

I recently went into store to purchase af1's size 13 they didn't have any in stock but said they could get them delivered from interstate so I paid and gave my details and was told they should take about a week. I rang 2weeks later and have been informed they are not available any longer and I have to come in store to get a refund, did not tell me and wouldn't have told me unless I rang to check on order, extremely bad business practice if you ask me, feels almost like theft, since they weren't planning on telling me they couldn't fill my order.

I won the Jordan flint 13s after putting the entry in,April 22 2023, then when I received the shoe in the mail it was the wrong size.Smh then I finessed a 25% coupon out of them without linkin it to my order,(later able to get the 20 dollar gift card,I asked for and pressed the line)that they didn't tell me expires in 60 days, and damn near 98 percent of the shoes that people buy which are majority Nikes or anything cool, are unable for the coupon to be used.I wanted to Jordan's really bad, I don't even buy Jordan's often but I really wanted these and was stoked that I was going to get them then they were the wrong size.Sucks, and dnt get anything but a weak azz coupon that I'm probably not gona use because foot locker barely has a good variety of shoes and I'm not rushing to buy shoes in 60 day,I dnt want any shoe but the one I was buying,the Jordan.You can't even use the coupon on any Nikes or Jordan's, except for a few weak pair of Nikes, probably have defects, and one was the Nike air max90 which was rated 3 stars by consumers, and the other show that allowed it was a sale shoe that wasn't even my size.So uh yea messed up order and no real reimburstment.

Foot locker sucks I already dnt buy shoes from there .

Bought a pair of black ankle sneaker on their website last year( $79) and never have a chance to wear. This year i took it out and about to wear them and realize the strap of the shoe ripped :( omg, i should've check them carefully when i got them.

Tried to purchase a pair of runnings shoes online using the coupon I found on promocode4share.com on Lady Foot Locker (owned by Foot Locker) website for $15 off $75 + free shipping. The website gave $15 off but not free shipping. Called customer service and was told it was my problem because they only offer $15 off $75 not free shipping. Asked where on thier website can i find this promotion and was told it was not there. Customer service and supervisor failed honor the free shipping stating it does not affect Lady Foot Locker because it was not their site that offers the promotion. Would this happen with Nordsrtom, JCrew and the like? Customer service is big business...

I made a purchase on 8/6 it is now 8/11. I called customer service and was told that my purchase is still being packaged. I was then told I may not get a shipment confirmation for a couple of days. I am anticipating putting on my new shoes, it is bumming me out. What are the actual shipping policies?

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed them yet because I had a super long saga with them which involved in total 4 colors of the same model of shoe due their incompetence, poor policy and well... prepare to read my saga if you dare! This happened a while ago so I may not remember exactly but because I was incorrectly under the impression that I have flat feet, I ordered Nike models that were for flat feet but they ended up hurting my feet so I then realized I have some arches so I needed neutral support. I wasn't sure what size would fit me in Nike (I avoided them for most of my life) so I ordered a 5.5 based on reviews that the one I wanted ran small. The order arrived fine (I used PayPal to pay, this will be relevant later), but the shoe was too big! I go about putting down a size 5 on the exchange form and mail it back myself. Previously I had returned shoes to the store (NOTE: certain stores will allow returns and mail back your order from the store if you use PayPal or they may tell you to return it yourself, they can only credit orders using credit card payments) and someone mailed them for me but I've found increasingly dodgy and terrible customer service in store (another issue, but I avoid going to their stores). I'm not a pansy but their SAs in store are another matter.

In retrospect I should have just ordered a 5 separately with a credit card and took a return fee deduction for the return shipping. In the two weeks or so it takes the shoes to their warehouse, I notice that the original color I wanted went out of stock on their website but I receive an email finally that the return is being shipped. When it arrives, it's in the WRONG COLOR and the shoes show signs of bits of dirt like someone ran in the woods. It grosses me out so I contact their customer service and they confirm that there are no Size 5's left in that colorway. I concluded that whomever processed the return put the shoes accidentally in the wrong box. It's 100% THEIR mistake, but if I want to get a refund I'd have to go through the original two methods: 1) Try to get a store to mail it back or 2) Mail it back myself, take the hit and/or try to argue with their CS about waiving the return shipping since it's their mistake. I contacted SEVERAL customer reps, until one offered me a charge free order, aka I order the new pair without them charging me but in good faith I mail back the wrong pair. That seemed fair to me, so I take their offer and select a new colorway. Literally, the next day that colorway GOES ON SALE... for about $20 less so I contact them and ask if they can offer me a price adjustment when I receive the shoes since it's within their policy. I don't know if their warehouse inventory or if their software is messed up or if their customer service reps were lying but they claimed the shoes weren't showing up in the on sale colorway (even though I checked on several other browsers and another desktop computer). They basically refused to do a price adjustment even though I could see the colorway on my end. When the shoes arrived, I promptly chose to exchange yet again for another colorway that wasn't on sale basically to stick it to them. This whole saga took place over almost 3 months. I was in fear that I would be exchanging that one shoe for the rest of my life. Oh and I HAD to tell them that one of the orders was charge free so as to not refund me. I would have gotten the shoes for free (which I think I deserved after all that) but I believe in bad karma and so should you, since the customer rep who made that order for me would have gotten into trouble.

All in all, I DO NOT recommend ordering from them if you're not sure of fit - if you can, try and buy in store. They don't carry my size in a lot of styles near me, let alone colorways so I had no choice. IF you must make returns, return by mail and take a hit OR deal with their $#*!y, uninterested and dodgy in store workers if you must.
