I am one of them. I had all the problems other people describe. The tickets were expensive with club lounge access. They were a Christmas present for my 11 year old son. At the opening of the game, we still did not have our tickets. When they showed up, the seats were not together. The customer service was atrocious -- rude attitude, wrong information, and then radio silence.
