I will never never again deal with this web company. I have bought Chelsea FC ticket for Stamford Bridge game West Stand Lower. After so much delay they have sent me East Side Higher, a ticket that I did not want and did not order without even notifying me. Also it was as I remember advertised by them for less money. I called them and their reply that I should read their terms and conditions as they can change the ticket positions from the one that people order. What a joke. It was really frustrating and unprofessional to say the least.

Awful company. No tickets received yet. Think we will miss son's first ever Liverpool match - very stressful. No reply to e-amils and messges via website problem page. Bunch of thieving con-merchants I suspect! Don't touch them with a barge-pole. Realise all teh 5 * reviews are probably fakes - you can tell by teh style of writing too!

F** website one day before a match and I'v not received the ticket for Man city Vs Barcelona. No reply to my e mail and bad services when you call them. Keep your money save and away from fake website.

Tickets arrived extremely late despite having been constantly promised next day. They were not as described & extremely expensive. Customer services non-existent. Just would not use these people. By the way if you look at all the "positive reviews" you should be able to work out pretty quikly that they are all fake!

Attempted to sell Champions League tickets on this site. Transaction was done. Tickets delivered. But on evening of the match, I received an email from them stating that the buyer had the tickets confiscated when attempting to enter the stadium. There was no real proof provided. Friends attending the match saw people sitting in the seats. I did not find their explanation or follow up to be satisfactory, and their communication patchy.

As far as I see it, these guys are criminal, and I would not try to sell anything, or even buy anything on this website. It's a complete scam. They resell your tickets but will not pay you for them.

TOTAL SCAM. Stolen money for tickets that never arrived for a football game. Two lame emails saying they were still waiting for the tickets to be sent.
Multiple emails and phone calls to chase up and no replies.

Utterly criminal

I register to sell couple of tickets for the FIFA world cup 2014.
After they request the credit cards details, I got an email saying they are not allowing new members to sell tickets for these event... If they knew that WHY do they allow you to register the sell and moreover WHY do they request your credit cad details?!

This is a fraudulent site. My wife purchased some tickets recently and when they did not show up she called the Arsenal ticket office who confirmed they were known scammers. DO NOT USE!

Thieves, basically. Take ticket but don't pay money as agreed. Should be shut down. Bunch of cockney wide boy thieves.

Notice how they only have one and five star reviews? One stars being actual reviews, five stars obviously them (just read them!)

Would you buy from stranger? May be, if I can get hold of them... I will not recommend to buy nor do business with that company! I had a real bad experience, customer serve 0 out of 100. They charge you about £20 fee PER TICKET!

Total waste of time and also needed to cancel my credit card so they can not charge me...

I bought a ticket on this website and buy it for 88 pounds
The ticket didn t arrive after one week, then I send 3 emails to know what's happened and nobody answer so I called them and the man told me ok I do my best but nothing happened, so I sended another to told them I start to be fed up and this is the answer: "where is the fire mate the game is cancelled you keep the tickets for the rearranged date or get you money back happy NOW "
Nothing more no polite formule nothing else

I listed 3 tickets for sale on this site and paid £50 listing fee. One ticket was sold and shipped to the customer. I have not received the money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this site as a buyer or a seller.

Ordered tickets to Arsenal game. I started to worry when I called my hotel two days ahead of the game and the tickets hadn't arrived. Nobody answered my calls, emails or website inquiries. Flied to London anyway. Well, the tickets never showed up and nobody ever replied. I was lucky to get other, better, tickets via Twitter, so we saw the game. I was sure that i had been scammed by footballclubtickets.bz. Back home i was just going to report the scam to my credit card company as I received an email that stated:"Order has been cancelled by Seller. This usually happened if Seller post his/her ticket(s) on multiple websites. We are very sorry for any inconvenience." and that I would get my money back. Today I got my money back, so it was not a straightforward scam, but a job terribly done. Why didn't they tell me in time that there was problem? Why didn't anybady answer my calls? As I read these reviews I notice that this is not very rare. So if you want to be sure, don't use footballclubticket.bz or any similar sites to buy tickets. I know it's hard to find tickets other way, but at least you will know if you will get them or not.

Do not deal with them
I ordered tickets for fa cup final at Wembley was prepared to pay a lot of money for tickets and for their admin charges, as really wanted my family to go. I rang to confirm order, John advised all ok would be posted Wednesday to be received Thursday. Not received rang again advised posted late would get back to me with tracking number. Rang them again was assured that tickets were on the way and that they guaranteed to get them for me. Rang again Friday James assured me tickets would be received in time for Saturday game. Friday afternoon received e mail to say order cancelled. Checked credit card statement payment never taken. I am now worried as they have my credit card details and my home details. Could take money at a later date or could steal my identity. Credit card company advised to cancel credit cards as they had been compromised.
