THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR (FRAUDS)

I ORDERED 2 PAIR OF SHOES NIKE AIR UPTEMPO AND JORDAN RETRO'5 BOTH IN A 4 1/2 IN YOUTH BOYS. NOT ONLY DID THEY SHIP ON DIFFERENT DAYS BUT THEY THE JORDANS CAME FIRST AND WERE LEFT ON MY DOOR STEP WHICH LEADS TO THE PUBLIC STREET. AT FIRST I WAS EXCITED THAT THE JORDANS SHIPPED SO FAST LITTERALLY WITHIN 2DAYS OF MY ONLINE PURCHASE BUT WHAT SHOWED UP TO MY WAS A SIZE 15 IN MEN! CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE WHO ARE IN WISCONSIN HAD NOTHING TO OFFER ME FOR THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (LACK THERE OF) AND SCREW UP THEY MADE BUT A 10$ GIFT CARD AND A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. WHICH HAS COME TO MY EMAIL BUT IS FROM FOOTLOCKER.COM??!!!!! WHOM I DID NOT ORDER FROM! AND SAID ITS NOT THEIR FAULT BECAUSE IT SHIPPED FROM A STORE LOCATION. EXCUSE ME? I DIDNT ORDER FROM A STORE LOCATION I ORDERED FROM THE ACTUAL WAREHOUSE SO NOT ONLY DID THEY TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO NOT NOTIFY ME THAT THE SHOE WAS NOT IN STOCK THEY CHOSE TO PLACE MY ORDER TO A STORE LOCATION FOR THEM TO SEND ME A DARN SIZE 15 IN GROWN MEN?! I THINK THEY ARE FRAUD AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. AFTER 5 PHONE CALLS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE TELLS ME THEY DO NOT HAVE "SUPERVISORS" AN AGENT TOLD ME THEY WILL REIMBURSE MY MONEY TO MY CREDIT CARD AT THAT VERY MOMENT BUT SHE COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR THE "REIMBURSEMENT" REALLY? WHAT LEGIT BUSINESS CANNOT PRODUCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR YOUR REFUND BUT THEY CAN PRODUCE ONE FOR YOUR SPENT HARD EARNED MONEY? I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WILL BE TRYING MY BEST TO NOTIFY MICHAEL JORDANS TEAM TO LET THEM KNOW HOW THEY HANDLE CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE HIS SHOES. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND I RECCOMEND THEM TO NO ONE. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND NO COMPASSION FOR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SCKREWD UP. AND THERE WEBSITE IS FALSE ADVERTISING. IT DOES NOT TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE PARTNERED WITH FOOTLOCKER. BUT I CALLED TO INFORM THEM THE SHIPPING LABEL I RECIEVED WAS FROM FOOT LOCKER AND DOES THAT MEAN I COULD TAKE THE SHOE BACK TO THEM AND EXCHANGE THEM FOR A CHILD SIZE 4.5 SO MY BABIES CAN HAVE SCHOOL SHOES FOR THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. THEY SAID THEY ARE SISTER COMPANIES WITH THEM BUT ONLY FOR SHIPPING LABELS? DOES NOT MAKE SENSE I WILL BE SUING THIS CORPORATION.
