“Sunny Anderson”

Nancy H.
3/21/23

I love the kitchen. I also think Sonny Anderson is so annoying I have actually considered just not watching it anymore. Has she never learned to just pass the plate to the next person instead of plowing and before everyone else or instead of anybody else because there will be three people down the line that haven't even been passed a plate if she happened to have gotten her hands on it first.

“SHOULD BE CALLED THE "GUY" NETWORK”

null R.
3/24/24

Come on...ANOTHER Guy show?! Isn't he on there enough? Hasn't the Food Network ever heard of not putting all your eggs in one basket? He was unbearably arrogant when he was on Next Food Network Star. Now his ego is bigger than his hair. Every other sentence is, "This is MY show!" And now we have to see his kids everywhere on "his" shows. Makes me nauseous. Between him and the baking competitions, there are very few actual cooking shows with everyday cooks, not celebrities. Guess Food Network is saving a boat load of money, however, never having to look for new talent. Hint: Show us more Johanna Gaines!

Sunnny Anderson is so loud and eats everything in sight. The camera has caught her eating like a pig. The kitchen would be better off without her. Everyone else is refined. She is so annoying on beat Bobby Flay. I hate watching her, her ya know what I means, are more than annoying! I love the kitchen and fell Jeff would be a good grill master. Please do us all a favor and let her go. I've seen her team mates being annoyed at her eating. No manners, simply uncouth! Don't enjoy her one bit. More of the others, not her, fire her please.

I am loving most all of Food Network. Not too excited about the Kids Baking Championship, but it certainly works for those kids. Love Guy Fieri, except the Triple D episodes. It's great for the businesses, but the tempo of the episodes is too much for me. I love Triple G, Tournament of Champions, The Kitchen, Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped and now I'm enjoying Super Chef Grudge Match. Darnell is is a great narrator and very authentic. Very entertaining, keeps me on the edge of my seat. Hope to continue to see these programs, as well as Flay with his daughter, Giada anywhere, and of course Alton Brown. Thanks for the great programming!

I love to watch The Kitchen. Jeff has me laughing throughout. I like sunny's energy and societal prejudice around weight colors people's opinion of her. Remember obesity is the last socially-sanctioned bias. Jef comes up with these hilarious, sometimes overt, sometimes more subtle additions. All but Katie laugh with him. But katie can hardly crack a smile. Is this envy or just a lack of sense of humor?

So first of all, if you guys wanted to watch more cooking, stick to the cooking channel or YouTube! I love all the shows especially Beat Bobby Flay, The Kitchen, Cooks vs Cons, Triple D, Pioneer Woman, and of course Chopped! FN caters to all! Doesn't have to be just cooking! As long as food is involved! However, I don't like Ginormous with that clueless guy who doesn't even know how to flip a burger only in his mouth haha jk! Boy, bye! Besides that 9.9/10! Btw, if you guys need extra judges, I'm more than qualified, not iron chef qualified, but cooks vs cons qualified! True story! Cheers!

Food Network is a multi million dollar Co. With cable, internet and other social media avenues, such as, Twitter & Facebook. Obviously you show case the best of the best, chefs & cooks. Such as. Guy Fieri, Ina Garten, Ree Drummond, Valerie Bertinelli, Trisha Yearwood and more. With plenty of new and up coming STARS all the time. Why are you charging to put recipes on your site? I have picked up another site that does not charge! Times are hard enough! Thanks, for what. What? I loved you site. Been loyal for years & years. I've had friends join your site. Sorry I'm leaving & my friends are leaving your site, for another friendly, free site! Would like to hear something back!
Sincerly,
Your loss!

No doubt that judges are there because of their skills I do think to be fair it should be a blind taste test to remove the bias.

When I'm watching the food network, I'm so disappoint when the barefoot contessa or when Rayche Ray is on, they eat on the show and talk with their mouths full with food falling out. I have tried their recipes and was again dissatisfied with the results. I wish these two women were not on at all. Very discussing, personallies.

I truly love Carla Hall as a judge on this show. Her costume and acting is gorgeous and amazing. She really gets into character. Great personality. Does not interject her personal feelings in critiquing the competitions. This is the only reason I watch the show. Her interaction with the competitors is hilarious.

I would like to know why Chopped has judges that cannot win chopped but can judge? Maneet, Amanda and Chris. How can they judge others when they cannot win chopped themselves? Scott won, Marcus won, Alex won and Aron won. Don't forget that Alex and Geoffrey are Iron chefs. Maybe chopped has to get new judges cause i don't believe that Maneet, Amanda, and Chris know what they are talking about!

I Love food network. I would LOVE to be on almost ANY Baking Contest.

However... I feel bad for Anyone who gets partnered with Reva. Her EGO costs people competitions. I can bake as well, and decorate Almost as many ways as she can... and, I'm self taught... however... I can take criticism AND Admit when I Don't know how to do something.

I love this show. I have learned a lot and the recipes are awesome. I really like Sunny and love Jeff. I feel he brings a fun atmosphere. Jezee is not my favorite. He seems arrogant and puts Jeff down. Overall content is wonderful.

I think your blonde guy with tattoos has over staid his welcome. You send him to great restaurants, they want to be on the show, But her is the last person they want to deal with. He is a slug. You are missing it. David

Just saw "Jamie at Home" on Food Network. He was balancing 3 gourds on his shoulders. I thought that was pretty impressive till I realised one of them was his head!

THE FOOD NETWORK GOT HUGE LARGELY BECAUSE OF SO MANY REGULARLY WATCHING... REGULARLY WORKING PEOPLE WATCHING THE CHANNEL AND BEING SUPPORTIVE WITH GREAT RATINGS... MY WIFE AND I DON'T HAVE TONS OF MONEY, BUT WE'VE WATCHED THE FOOD NETWORK FOR YEARS... WE'VE TAKEN WATCHING THEM OVER WATCHING MOST MOVIES. I'M NOT SURE IF ANYONE ELSE WOULD AGREE WITH MY WIFE AND I, BUT WHEN DISNEY BOUGHT THE NETWORK IT FELT LIKE A HUGE SLAP IN THE FACE.IT SEEMS LIKE A BUNCH OF CORPORATE B. S. IN TODAY'S TROUBLED TIMES... WITH EVERYTHING ELSE GOING WRONG IN THE WORLD, WATCHING THE FOOD NETWORK WAS A SANCTUARY FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. NOW... TO NOT BE ABLE TO WATCH IT REGULARLY REALLY SHOWS ME HOW of LITTLE IMPORTANCE THE REGULAR VIEWERS WERE. MAYBE I'M BEING OVERSENSITIVE... BUT EVEN WHEN I WAS IN ASIA, ACROSS THE BIG PUDDLE ON A VACAY... WE WATCHED THE FOOD NETWORK EVERY NIGHT. IT'S LEFT US WITH A BITTER TASTE. I'D PLANNED ON TAKING MY WIFE TO DISNEY WORLD... THAT'S NOT HAPPENING NOW. IT'S A BUNCH OF B. S..

I loved the idea how to make an ice bucket by GZ. You can also use the buckets, winter only, outside with candles inside of them. Did this in N. H. when I lived there :)

I love FoodNetwork on TV but it should be about food not peoples lives such as "Dinner at Tiffany's" and "Rev Run"? Really? I hate wasting my time watching their personal lives on TV. Who in the h___ cares. Bring back Paula Deen! She stayed focus.

Why don't the Chefs wear hair nets when they are working with food? All of my jobs working with food I had to wear a hair net & a Chefs hat
