Ordered from foodler. Food arrived, yet the driver TOOK THE FOOD AWAY WITH HIM before I could get to him (it only took me about 2 mins to get to the front door)

Called customer service, GOT HANGED UP

I ordered food using the Foodler app and the food did not arrive.

I contacted them and they said the restaurant closed and they would reach out to the restaurant the next day, then follow up with me after. Foodler support did not reach out to me all day and when I e-mailed them, they said the restaurant left the food outside, infront of my apartment building door.

Foodler said I had to contact the restaurant myself.

Other food apps such as Uber eats, would never charge a customer for food not arrived. Food being left outside infront of a building, on the floor, with no contact to the customer is very poor service.

I would rate Foodler a 0 if possible, I have had so many negative experiences with this service. I guess it is my own fault for continuing to use them, but I will not be doing so after tonight. Today I ordered food at 9:45, the expected delivery time was 10:35. It is now past midnight and I never received my order. I attempted to contact the restaurant I ordered from directly, but they closed at 11 and did not pick up. After reading great reviews of the restaurant on Yelp I am certain this is Foodler's fault; their drivers are ridiculous. A couple weeks ago, ordering from a different restaurant, I had a driver add in a tip for himself on my receipt against my will when I did not provide him with one, something I believe is illegal. Everyone this company employs is incredibly unprofessional and cheap. Do not ever use this service!!

it was my first time using foodler. i placed my order online and received an email receipt that my order would be delivered by 7:00 PM. At 7:15 I called to check on my order and they said that they had to cancel the order due to billing issues. They said that they did not and could not notify me in case it was a fraudulent order. Then they told me that i would have to contact the billing department to straighten everything out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I proceeded to call the restaurant i ordered from to see if they had any other delivery options, while on the p hone with them i mentioned my experience with foodler. Just so happens that the food i ordered was ready and waiting for pickup for the last hour. the delivery person never picked it up so it was a lose lose for me and the resturant that prepared the $45 worth of food.

Do not ever try this service if you are expecting to receive your food

I ordered pizza from Regina pizzeria and my order had never been delivered. I called Dash to find out what happened to my order and they said that delivery guy was on the ground floor with concierge, called me couple times and left without leaving my order to the concierge. However, dispatcher on the phone said that the driver 10 mins away from my area and he will redeliver it again. I waited for another hour and half and no one showed up. I called back to the Dash and the same dispatched I talked to on the phone earlier didn't even bother to let me know that the deliver guy logged out for the night and my order isnt going to be delivered. i am
So pissed. I will never ever use their service again and spread the word about their terrible service.

I UNKNOWINGLY ORDERED FROM A "HOLE IN THE WALL SPOT" WITH NO CONCERN FOR IT'S PATRONS WHO HAD A FOODLER RATE OF 3 STARS! I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SHRIMP/CRAB CHIMICHANGA (I GOT SHREDDED CHICKEN), OR THE CHILDREN'S ENCHILADA MEAL THAT COMES WITH RICE & BEANS, (I GOT A SOFT TACO WITH GREEN SAUCE ON TOP) OR THE GINGER SODA, (I GOT A MIST) THAT I ORDERED ONLINE!! THE WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG AND WHEN I CALLED THE RESTAURANT (THINKING I COULD RESOLVE THIS WITHOUT FOODLER WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT, THEY WANT YOU TO DO SO BECAUSE THEY DO NOTHING EXCEPT foodler bucks TO RESOLVE ISSUES) TO TELL THEM IT WAS WRONG I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO CALL BACK IN AN HOUR TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER NAMED "FLOR" WHOM I WAS ALSO TOLD HAD DELIVERED MY INCORRECT ORDER! I am beyond pissed at the service provided.

I placed an order tonight at 8:09 PM. I received an email receipt and confirmation. Im told to expect my order to arrive at 9:15PM. I have the kitchen table set. My girlfriends family is waiting for dinner. I call the restaurant at 9:30 to check on the delivery, and they have no record of my order.

After calling Foodler directly, the information provided was that the order was not processed.

The representative goes on to tell me that due to a billing issue they just found with an order from 2 months ago, they decided not to process my order. No notification was given.

Ive come to expect that a successfully processed order, receiving an email receipt, absent of any notification otherwise, should result in delivery as promised. Well, thats not my experience with this company.

Very similar to another review posted this month. They apparently provide no notification and won't contact you if they have a billing issue. They'll process your next order, send a receipt, and just fail to deliver your next order.

This was my first time using this site, never again. I placed my order at 7:15, and hour goes by and I'm wondering where tf is my food? So I called the restaurant to cancel and come to find out they never received my order, like what? I got a confirmation email saying that it was sent to the restaurant, to anyone out there wondering about this website, your best bet is not to use it at all, i learned my lesson. This website is nothing but a scam, its fraud and its a waste of time. Support got back to me but they didnt do much of anything but told me the same stuff I already knew. This site should be taken down and reported.

I placed the order at 7 pm on a Friday evening. Food was delivered to me at 10 30 pm. When I placed the order online, the estimated delivery time shown was 8: 45 pm, even though before placing the order online, the website mentioned delivery time as 45 mins approx. But then I thought maybe its a Friday, that is why the rush! Anyways, I lost my patience when the clock hit 9 15 pm and these buggers didn't even have the courtesy to pick up my call. I kept calling them, left 3 detailed voice messages, but nobody responded back. I called the restaurant, they said the food was already prepared 1 hour ago and nobody was there from foodler to pick up my order, which means I got cold food. This is the very last time I will ever place an order through this website. This is HIGHLY unprofessional. At least have the courtesy to pick up calls, or inform the customers that the food will be delivered late. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Im a restaurant owner and i use foodler, they have the worst customer service at all! They always not pick up the phone or always sounds very inpatient and like try to get rid of the phone right away during conversations. I mean ppl order food through foodler is foodler's customer, we the restaurants take orders from ppl through foodler are foodler's customers too because we have to pay fees for every orders, foodler treats their customers like they don't care! Im definitely going to cut foodler soon, so many online order companies out there, you don't care then someone else will!

We placed an order for the first time and after an hour of waiting, I downloaded the app to see if I could get an update on delivery time. The app indicated our order was cancelled, so we called and were reassured twice that the order was "live" and still coming to us. After another 40 minutes of waiting, we called again and were told the order had been cancelled because the restaurant was out of one of the items and that they had attempted to contact us. Not only did I have no missed calls or voicemails from the company, we had already been assured this wasn't the case. We will never use this service again - NOT worth it.

I wish I can give this company negative stars. Ordered from Foodler last night. I recently started using this delivery service frequently in the past 2 weeks, sometimes they take a bit longer than anticipated, but at least got the job done. Yesterday evening, upon another late delivery, I realized an entree was missing and my dessert order was short. I continuously called the number listed on their page (and confirmation email) and received no response. The phone just continuously rings. I proceeded to contact the restaurant directly. They advised that the order was picked up complete and to contact foodler directly (they believed the delivery service neglected to give me an additional bag). I texted the number that indicates food is about to arrive that there were items missing from my order. I received an initial response asking what the items were and then texts completely ceased. This is a highly unprofessional company that lacks any customer service.

I'm baffled that this is how they do business. I paid $10.95 for an additional entree and $9.50 for a dessert I only received half of. After writing a comment on their "Contact Us" page, since there is obviously no other way to reach a rep from this company, I received the following response: "At Foodler.com, we take care to confirm your order immediately after you place it online. If the restaurant confirms all of the delivery details with us,
then we send you the confirmation email. Unfortunately, the rest of the process (delivery service, quality of food, etc.) is out of our hands. Regardless, I apologize." I'm stunned that they don't even offer a reimbursement or try to resolve the order to deliver the food I ordered & paid for. Complete rip off. I've sent them yet another e-mail when they reached out to me to "please rate your order." This business is totally unreliable - they take no responsibility for the delivery process or customer service at all. I will never use Foodler again, what a joke.

Tip for consumers: Simply put, don't use this site.

This is buffoonery at its finest. First time we ordered, no problem. Second time, we waited over an hour for our food. Tonight, 2 hours after we ordered, no delivery, we called the restaurant and were told that our food went out an hour earlier. After calling Foodler, they had no explanation for why our order wasn't delivered, and in fact, couldn't locate the driver. This is an incompetent group of people, poorly managed, and poorly organized. Do NOT use Foodler in New Haven!!! Call the restaurant directly as most of them deliver on their own.

I used Foodler often for a couple years but will never again. Started receiving additional charges notices from them regarding requests for "extras". Of course these notices came after the food was delivered. If you ask for anything "extra" whether it's mayo or cheese, expect to get slapped with an additional $2 plus tax charge on your credit card. Pricing for extra's should be revealed at the time of purchase! I won't order again.

Bad customer service. Does not resolve any problems. Ask to speak to a manager on duty they say on vacation. Good luck if you use foodler.

Foodler is ok, about 85% of the time they send the info to the restaurant fast and the restaurant delivers it to you on time and all the info is accurate. Some other times.. Foodler sends the info to the restaurant and the restaurant never delivers or some how it's all messed up and then Foodler doesn't give you your money back.. But this is only for deliveries, so I would rather use foodler for takeout.

I ordered from foodler for the first time waited 2 hours to have no delivery arrive. My order said completed on my account, I called the restaurant to be told they never received my order. After 20 minutes on the phone with foodler I was informed my order had been canceled (without notifying me) because of a possible link to another account with suspicious activity. I had never ordered from them before, so had no idea what this link was. I was livid when I checked my bank account to see my account had been charged a total of 3 times for the order I never received. A financial manager called me back after 4 messages over 6 days, to inform me their "link" was that my credit card had the same first 4 numbers as another customers card who had possible suspicious activity on their account. Are you kidding me??? Guess what Foodler you need to google a BIN, me and a million other people have cards from Bank of America starting with the same numbers! They were kind enough to give me an account credit, which I tried to use, but the same thing happened again, however this time my order was canceled because my account has been suspended, due to it being linked to an account with possible suspicious activity. So I cant even use my refund credit. I have seen so many reviews that are the same as mine, This company is the worst, they should leave credit card security to my credit card security department, and focus on delivering food.

Foodler is BYFAR the worst service I have ever used. Their service and customer service is horrendous. I placed an order, waited almost 1.5 hours and nothing. I called the restaurant and apparently they had not received my order. When I contact foodler, I was informed that I did not received my order because my account was "blocked" and no orders could be place. I was never informed of this block. I had to work very late today and ordered this food to feed my family and now I have NOTHING. AND to make matters worse, it's so late now that I don't have any option to get anything else. THANK YOU FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN. This is absolutely unacceptable and without a doubt, the worst service I have ever used. Foodler should all be ashamed at how horrible their service is and their utter lack of being able to give ANY sort of answer. I called their "customer service" and was told they cannot provide any answers for me and that it is their policy to NOT inform the customer that their account is blocked. Basically, they don't let you know you're not getting any food and let you and your family go hungry for over an hour.

The lady I spoke to told me herself that she cannot provide any answers for me because it is an accounting issue and when I asked for contact information for the accounting department, I was told that's not how they "work" and she cannot provide a number to me. When I asked her to speak to a manager or supervisor or ANYONE who could give me any answer, she told me that's not how they "work" and that there is no manager present at "ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE DAY". Seriously, WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS????

Believe me, I will do my part so that no other family ends up starving like mine. Foodler is the worst service I have ever used and I (nor anyone else I know) will never use it ever again.

Tip for consumers: DO NOT USE EVER. Worse service/company I have ever encountered. Absolutely no regard or respect for their customers.

Great if you want to avoid as much social interaction as possible when ordering food. That, or if you're just lazy. I also like that it gives you a clear set of all the restaurants within delivery distance of where you live.
