I love everything about Food Ireland! It was my first experience with this type of organization, but it won't be the last. The staff is amazing, their prices are extremely fair, and the selection is huge! I was very impressed with their customer service as well.
I have made many orders for their Bachelors baked beans in the past. Each time I order, the cans get more and more dented. I have brought this to their attention, they don't give a toss. Worst customer service ever. The last batch were inedible. Buy elsewhere.even Walmart sells them online. Food Ireland sucks!

I have a big problem with the shipping cost of $37.78. This may be my last order. This is a blatant rip off
I chose my work address as the ship to but it ignored and sent it to my other address in Keswick that I had saved, also I didn't want to pay ups priority shipping but had no choice as it wouldn't let me enter cc details unless I chose ups priority
I wanted to ship to separate addresses but i have to order each one separately which misquote time consuming
You had a coupon for 10% off. I got a message yesterday it expired 6/5, but today it keeps flashing on my computer screen, Either honor it or get it off the screen
The payment section of the website is not straight forward. I spent almost 20 minutes working on an order that has a different deliver to shipping address. Aside from that everything was great.
Shopping cart emptied itself THREE TIMES, takes ages to complete order, website needs to be updated. Did not discount for free shipping?
Shipping costs way too expensive....other food order sites have much lower costs for perishable food at same weights
The final "Invoice Order" page displayed an empty gift message, however there was no place to enter a message when ordering nor in the shopping basket
Your mobile app kept me in a loop asking for my mailing and billing address over and over. I had to switch to the full site to complete my order and that was cumbersome to navigate on my phone.
Every time I order curry from you most of what I want is out of stock. This has gone on for years. Right now I only got a few of the items I wanted, and I had trouble with your online payment system to boot. I order this as a favor to my sister, who likes your curry. If it were up to me, I would not continue buying from you.
I've been trying to edit an order (#*******) from a quantity os (6) to a quantity of (3), there seems to be no way of editing an order either during the placement process, or after it is placed. very inefficient process, or just plain crooked. you folks need to get a new web designer
I have had an account with you for years, many years. Yet for some reason it will not accept my password. When I click on to change my password all I get is a temporary password. How in the heck am I supposed to change my password. This is so frustrating I'm thinking of not ordering from you anymore.
Shopping experience terrible. when i click change address, it does not change. I wanted to pay w/Discover but it would only take my AX. I had to keep going back because it either, had the wrong delivery address or it didnt deduct the code.
Also the 1st time it said shipping was $9 something but I could not get this back and had to pay $17 something.
there is a problem with checking out , it will not allow me to check out without choosing the expensive shipping
After I logged in, the website crashed by not displaying any products. I got around it by adding things to my cart before logging in, but I think many customers may have given up. You should extend the date of the 10% discount offer. No one can call for customer assistance on the weekend.

advertisement stated free shipping if order was over $100 and ordered before midnight 12/1 which this order is and shipping was added

Horrible mail/delivery system with UPS and perishables arrived after 'best by' date but refund was given. The website has a good food selection.
Bitterly disappointed with the Celtic Christmas hamper. Half the items were NOT from Ireland, but from England. Food Ireland's claim of "a taste of Ireland just for you" and "brand name quality Irish foods" is false advertising. And nowhere in the hamper description on the website does it say half the items are from England, bearing the seal of the queen for crying out loud. I will not order from Food Ireland again.
The problem is that the food arrived completely defrosted and in fact warm. It was a crushing disappointment as I had been wanting these Irish sausage rolls for a long time. You were out for a long time. I was so excited when I saw they were on the way. I was really tempted to try them anyway but they were actually warm and I couldn't risk it! I would give you a 5 star customer service rating but i don't have the money back yet so am waiting on that.
The layout of the webpage is difficult to shop in. I need to page over several times to find an item I'm looking for. I would much rather do a search and have all the items on one page then clicking through multiple times at the bottom to page through. This happened for me on a number of items. I remember being stuck in this a few times and not buying anything at all.
The saved address button didn't work properly. I was shipping to Artie which was in the saved. I picked my name for the billing but it kept putting Artie's name in for billing. Very frustrating! I finally overrode the profiled address
