Focalprice

First of all, FP is a great site, but the shipping takes FOREVER. They say within 24 hrs, but I got my package 2-3 weeks later. I was pretty pissed off, but still pleased with their service. Their prices are great, but just expect a long waiting period for your item.

Focal price have a wide range of products and good prices, rapidly delivers the goods, only complaint is that they usually send goods through China Post and we as customers no have choice to use Hong Kong post office as senders - they delivery much faster in europe.In other stuff FP is good online store and recommendation for cooperation.

I order a tablet from them and they wrote on the site that they send it from 03 - 23/12 free express shipping. When i make my order i send them a message that asked them how many days is that free express shipping and they answered me in some hours that they dont know something about that offer. I was upset and i told them to cancel my order and take me my money back. They responsed almost immediately and they told me ok and after 3 days they gave me my money back.

I buyed about 10 times on the site, support is good, send fast as they can, one time they are without stock of a phone and send me another similar product, I can recommend focalprice, they try to do their best to make a good deal on each product.

Updated 21/aug/13: received a tablet that on description says "SANEI N70.etc... GPS... etc" and when comes my surprise was that it not have GPS! I'm on RMA to see if I up this again to 4 stars if they accept that they made a mistake and send me a correct tablet or a external gps to make it work as they promoted...

I have made 4 purchases from this site. Free shipping is slow (around a month). I once made a purchase that was over $400.00 and they forced me into a shipping service that cost around $40 dollars with no pre-warning. That still took 2 weeks to be delivered. Other than that the products are usually as described, prices are good. These are Chinese manufacture products so you get what you pay for.

First time, i am very doubt because what's happen if this site fraud and cheat me, but i am sure this is the best site from order items /stuff from china
They give me best answer if i asked some question: how about my delivery time and please process shipping,,,

Easy to shop, but some itens I bought don't arrived, so I got a refund

They worked to assist me to complete a return, but it took a long time, anyway, I got what I want.

El producto valorado en 222 euros llegó dentro del tiempo previsto, unos 40 días. Lo peor fue que fue imposible hacer correctamente el seguimiento del producto y por otro lado el embalaje no parecía del todo adecuado.

Fast buying but shipping slow and with problems, but finally shipping succesful. I've bought 3 times, the first time, without problems (I got my items 20 days after buying).
Second time, the item was lost. So I claimed and they send me a new, 40 days after buying it, but without charges.
Third time, more than 40 days to receive my purchase.
I hope no more problems in any new order.

I ordered 21th of April a tablet and paid extra for fast delivery, untill now I have'nt received anything at all, first the told me EMS would not be in Holland, well EMS is all over the world in 117 countries, also in Holland and otherwise they can use DHL or FedEx, still not send and I have daily contact with this company, but they never give me a answer where I'm happy with! Also, they asked my creditcard and after I have done this(stupid me) they said, it was'nt necessary anymore. I have paid by PayPal
So I can get my money back,( I hope) but Focalprice, it's not the best and first price for me anymore!

They have lots of interesting tablets and gadgets. I ordered a Android TV stick. Doesn't work and they'll "replace" it, at my shipping costs to return. I have very low confidence in spending more $ on this merchant and product. What I paid originally plus the now added return shipping isn't worth it. I should've just paid more originally for a more reliable merchant and product.

My first order delivered in a week, and fortunately no tax to pay. Very pleased! I'll buy again..

Some things for better, but they are responsable, and serius

It's jusk ok to buy something from focalprice. The product is very cheap.

Like the clarity website and detailed information about our products. But I do not agree with the fact that the customer scan to confirm the payment by both credit cards and I'd rather not buy.
