For me focalprice.com is the website where i can find presents for my friends. They offer some interesting stuff at very cheap prices. All the purchases can be shipped globally within several days.
Really bad experience, they took my money and dont sent me anything, I dont recommend that store, there are better sites to buy.
If you live in Hong Kong, I am certain this company is terrific.
For those of us in the USA, RUN... don't walk away from this company. They charged and shipped to me IGNORING my REPEATED request to cancel an order. Then they offered a $2 discount coupon for their errors. All this for the canceled purchase of a measly $15 item. Their solution for refunding me my money: wait until the item is delivered to me in the U.S. (40 days); return it to them (another 40 days) and they will process my refund!

I ordered 280 compasses. Out of that batch, 11 were defective. I tried to contact the company to get some replacements shipped. They sent instructions for me to get a return shipping label. I tried to follow those instructions unsuccessfully. They said I would have to pay to ship the defective pieces back to China before I could get replacement compasses shipped. I gave up, so I was not happy with my shopping experience. I will shop elsewhere next time.
Ill make the description of the products you buy confident. Then they change the description when you already made your order.
Should send to the language school to those who write the description of your products!
This is a typical Chinese discount web site. Expect slow, and I mean glacial, shipping as well as poor customer service. These sites have their uses and you can get good deals from time to time but the buyer should be aware that the company is based out of Hong Kong and therefore returning merchandise will not always be feasible.

I ordered to Spain worth 182 euros on October 25 and an extra payment for it to arrive in three days. A week sent a message and was told to be patient, that problems of bad weather and seasonal alta.Un month later I still have not received anything and tell me that is an agency with the wrong direction.
Previously ordered a phone and everything was fine. It's luck, if there is the slightest problem, things became very complicated.

Pedí anteriormente un teléfono y todo fue bien. Es cuestión de suerte, si hay el más mínimo problema, la cosa se complica mucho.
