Really bad experience, they took my money and dont sent me anything, I dont recommend that store, there are better sites to buy.

Menudos cantamañanas, ofertan un móvil con un 82% de descuento. Cobran vía paypal y luego cancelan pedido por un error humano en el precio. Una y no más. Arreando que hay más tiendas serias donde comprar.

Ofertan productos a unos precios increibles que luego no envian. Si se te ocurre compra en su web es muy problema que o es mas caro que en los demas sitios o si es buen precio lo cancelen diciendo qu es un error humano.
No arriesgues tu dinero.

Me han cancelado varios pedidos tras días sin enviarlos y sin contestar a mis reclamaciones.me engañaron con un falso precio y luego dijeron que era un error. Una mala experiencia y esa tienda es de las más caras y siempre te meten aduanas en los teléfonos. ESTAFA

They show many offers they never send you. I have purchased a mobile phone with a great disccount, i paid it and then, pending of shipping status, the cancel it by the face.

Many problems to contact them, and to return my money.

Avoid Focalprice. They are a pain in the $#*!.

Vamos que le he prestado mi dinero durante para que hagan con el lo que quieran, y luego me lo devuvelven... Estafa!

No vuelvo a comprar con ellos, ahora el dinero dicen que me lo devolveran de 3 a 14 dias...

I first placed the original order on Feb 27 and received the parcel on Apr 5. I immediately reported missing dolls (only received one instead of 13). After repeated communications, seller promised to resend 13 items on April 11. On May 13, parcel arrived but found again only one item inside. Apparently this company is trying to cheat me by sending one item each time. They are so unprofessional and dishonest! They are just wasting my time, efforts and money! I have no confidence to buy on line with this company any more!

Donde está el 90% de descuento que publicitan, estafadores y mentirosos es lo que son. No volveré a visitar su web y por supuesto haré campaña en su contra.

Ponen un producto a la venta y lo anulan sin previo aviso. Horrible, empresa no recomendada, no vuelvo a comprar nada.

The make offers and 2 days after the payment the mark the order as invalid. They didn't read the messages in the website.

Muy poco profesionales en la gestión de los pedidos. Los cancelan sin previo intercambio de mensajes y sin compensaciones decente por ello.

Cuidadito con esta página que son unos timadores, menos mal que pagué con PayPal y se hicieron cargo

I want to share my very unpleasant experience dealing with Focalprice vendor humin.lu. His site announced one day deal for selling 100 items for $ 1.00. I ordered the package the day, and received confirmation. However, the package was sent three weeks later, when even mention of the deal disappeared from the site, and I got only one item.
Now, I want to emphasize, I am not complaining about monetary loss. I am talking about fair sales practices. I contacted the vendor, and he denied that such deal was ever offered. So he changed the price AFTER my order was placed and accepted and didn't bother to notify me. Our communication did not bring any agreement. I want to warn(possible customers, customer service, site administration) about fraudulent practice, complete disrespect to customers and utter disregard to all rules of fair sales practice.
Also, in the past there have been several similar cases (such as with a smartphone etc). I supposed now that this is not an accident but a deliberate policy of this site
Of course, I will never buy from him again and will recommend not to deal with the Focalprice to everybody I know.
You can clearly see that item is referred to as "100 pieces for only 0.01 " in their own invoice.

This company has the worst customer service ever. They made a mistake in my order (wrong item shipped, which happens. No big deal): it has been three months and 26 messages exchanged. They still haven't sent my item! They just drive you crazy, asking you the same questions over and over and replying as if they don't read what you write. Pay a few bucks more, and go order somewhere else!
Honestly, when you see positive review about them or their product, look at them closely...

Worst website to buy goods. Quality of product is cheap even if you pay almost equal to branded goods. I bought a tablet I paid to close to what I would pay branded one and it stopped working in few months.
On contacting customer care, they kept me saying it is out of warranty however when I contacted manufacturer they said it is with 1 year warranty contact your retailer.

Focalprice.com customer service instead of repairing tablet were very sure that if I send my tablet to them it will get lost in transit - a better way to avoid responsibility. After months of conversation they never came to a point to solve the issue. I requested for company information to sue them they kept saying it is out of warranty and they can refund only $50 for $300 tablet.

This site is AWFUL! I placed an order, did not get a confirmation email but my payment went through. A month later, I still don't have the items and it won't let me track my order because I have no confirmation email with the order number. I cannot sign in because apparently my "account does not exist" so I cannot even attempt to contact someone about this. Not like it would do much good anyway. Don't waste your time or money with this crap scam of a website.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had. The tracking number given was bogus, but I figured shipping from china was to blame. After waiting more than a month and a half I followed up with customer service who gave me a run around for more than 3 weeks. Still no order and they refuse to ship a replacement or refund my money. If you want hassle free shopping DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a smart phone (Ulefone be touch 2 which cost $229) and a smart watch which cost $33 (Total = $263) on the 31st of July 2015 with order number FPTZARH9D8T9. Was meant to be fast shipping with tracking number. Tracking number was not sent to me till 1 month. When I tracked, it showed that parcel has been returned to sender(FocalPrice) for unsuccessful delivery. I have contacted FocalPrice to resend my items or refund over 20 times and all they kept saying was be patient. I sent them the screen capture (attached here) which confirms that I did not get any parcel and that it was returned. Now they turn around to say they cannot refund because it has been long. See pictures my complaint to them. I have bought several things from other sites and they all delivered to the same address that FocalPrice claimed they couldn't deliver to.
This just shows that they are FRAUDSTERS & are currently running a SCAM. Do not buy from them as they can not be trusted and only take your money.

Worst online experience. Ordered an expensive mobile phone and received a headset instead of phone. Poor customer service. Finally had to file a paypal claim to get the money back.
If you need peace of mind, please stay away from them and buy from some other shop.

The price was a lure and I was a sucker to believe it. Don't know if I'll ever get what I bought, but I know this is the worst online transaction I've ever experienced. 1-2 weeks is 1-2months and counting. Any company who makes it literally impossible to speak to a human is a con outfit.

Horrible company. Deals to good to be true. I placed an order and then messaged 3x to cancel before it was packed to ship out. Per company policy I should've received a refund but 2 of the replies were dodging the request by requesting further info to better assist me and one message said the products ad been shipped and gave me an invalid tracking number. I've now messaged 5x and I'm still waiting for a response to my dispute on requesting order cancellation/refund in sufficient time. No toll free customer service number, live chat doesn't work and legal email instructs customers not to send emails about their orders, which screams volumes! STAY AWAY FROM FOCALPRICE!

No afterbuy service at all- a smartphone i ordered worked for a month and died. They pulled me around for 45 days and then asked for more money to send me a new one. After i fullishley paid them they started saying they dont have the item now and offered me a cheap tablet instead. A bunch of liers!
