Ordered a custom foam cushion on 4/2 from foamma. I received tracking information the next day. After a week, I called foamma to inquire about the order and they said that they were currently out of foam and to call back next week. This had gone on for a couple of weeks. I told them to cancel the order and that I wanted a refund. They said to send an email which I did in the end of April. I haven't heard back from them since. Worst company. They just steal your money.

I do not know how they are in business. When you order from them you wait forever then when it arrives it is wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
No response to emails. Label created but it didnt ship. Took almost 2mths to receive custom foam, disregarded request for Refund, disputed via PP. Shipped me yellow, cheap low quality foam can even pinch through my fingertips. No where near high density. Site has several red flags - advertising youtubers to make you believe their foam was originally from them, checkout only through PP. Order even went through w/out submitting an order. Highly recommend changing passwords/PP info. Fraudsters also posting their own reviews as immaculate. Don't believe them!
