I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! And I paid this a lot of time ago to anticipate any problem. Sent three rakhi orders to Germany. Not delivered on time and partially delivered. Last year I was very impressed with the service but this year disappointed.

I appreciate the efforts they take to deliver our wishes and products but the only concern is there is no Cash on Delivery this makes it more difficult to order for those who don't have Indian debit/credit card.

Using FNP from Past 3 Years, recently ordered a Birthday gift, due to poor packing product damaged and informed the customer care they are not willing to replace the product. Just they offering 20% offer for next purchase. They not even bothered about the damaged gift. Really disappointing.
Their cake looks and tastes good! But customer service was way too poor. As I didnt receive the cake on time!
Brand name must be there otherwise we feel cheated. Because we are ordering for others, they should not think that we have ordered from a local bakery

FnP is getting quite popular with their attractive ads and impressive website. They have good product quality too. I trusted their international delivery service. I would request them to improve their international service. I placed the order for a customized mug as a Christmas gift for my friend in Philippines. I spent about INR 1767, it was too overpriced, but I thought at least my gift will be delivered safely and placed the order on 17/12/2022 and provided all the correct delivery details and contact number of the recipient. On 21/12/2022 I got the update that the order has been delivered and "received by the recipient". But when I contacted her, I found out that she has nor received the gift and even was not contacted before delivery. Then I raised the issue with the customer service and was replied that the order was delivered and kept on front door/ porch/ reception etc. How was it kept even without contacting the recipient, and they live in a closed complex with no possibility of such delivery. Moreover, how the false update was provided that the product was "received". Now after too many complaints, mails, chats and calls, I was given my refund after they called the recipient and confirmed that she was not contacted before the delivery and the product has been delivered to a wrong person. Maybe some people have good experience with their service but mine was alright.

they claim full refund on their fault. but getting refund is so time consuming, and you need to have proofs that it was their fault moreover. refund will have INR 10 deducted if you had by mistake or intentionally paid it for CRY

I had orfered few products for my friend's daughter Birthday, I have received mail of order getting delivered. My friend received one order and other order he didn't receive though it shows me delivered. When I called customer service, they have registered wrong number under my order though address was correct and person told me that person will get back to me in 48 hours about my order which is very disappointing as wanted products to get delivered on same day of Birthday. Not happy with customer service this time, as I am regular customer of fern and petal and my previous experience was good.

Product quantity is good, bit this company depends on other vendors for delivery and delivery company never make delivery on time even if you go with priority delivery option (you pay extra). In my case the FnP delivery team was in Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar. When raised complaint to FnP, it said delivery team called but noone responded which was not true.

Please check the delivery option. It doesn't offer delivery by its own and depends on other vendors who most of the time does not honour the delivery time.

Product quality is good. But delivery was extremely late. It was supposed to be delivered in between 7am to 9am, but it gets it delivered after 6:30pm and didn't return the priority delivery amount.

Worst Service-Read below to understand.
If you expect to surprise someone please be aware that it may fireback so badly like did with me.They just don't care if it's delivered or not.I chose the most expensive charges for the delivery option and told them I can pay more, no issue. Most important is to surprise and make the person happy. But they never care.Also can't place a complain.wow.
2 attempts and thats it.2nd attempt wasn't even a surprise.Person was already waiting for over an hour but driver didn't come.
Lost surprise & money.they didn't care to ask or follow. Tough luck! No where to complain. No one to listen.
I'm stunned to see people rating over 1 star. Guess they didn't face yet to speak to their customer service!

Customer Service is excellent but product shown in website and actual product is different. Bouquet is not value for money. Better to order bouquet locally in cheaper rate. You will save lot of money. Also ensure if product is available with FNP after ordering.
I had ordered 2 products last month. 1 product was out of stock which came to know at very last minute. Could not make alternate plan due to short time. Also delivered bouquet was too small than expected and flowers quality was not good. After escalation, FNP customer service team arranged another bouquet free of charge which was better than previous one.

Prompt delivery, and good communication throughout your purchase, but quality of the products is questionable. Chocolates are small even the Rakhi delivered is not the one shown on their website, it's a cheap product. Honestly speaking, no INDIAN site is honest and sincere. Only consolation is that they are at least delivering something.

I am happy with the service they provided. Everything worked flawlessly, except the payment part. I was irritated by the OTP system as I was traveling and did not have my phone with me. Although the flowers were good, the delivery screwed everything. Flowers were bought in bike without any cover.
This destroyed most of the Lillie's. Delivery quality should be upgraded. Atleast delivery person should have covered the flowers while driving in bike.

The product quality was good, but the way they deliver i didnt liked it because basically this website is used to surprise a person on his/her special occasion. During delivery they are directly saying that mam ur cake is ready for delivery like that. What i would suggest is instead of that they can say, u have a surprise or something like dat so the person to whom we are sending would be exicted to see what is that and the sender details should be said only at the delivery not at the call itself. My only experience with choosing standard delivery time 8 AM -12 noon is that the order is ALWAYS delivered at 11.30 AM or 12 noon then why write 8-12?
