I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! And I paid this a lot of time ago to anticipate any problem. They have a very very bad Indian costumer support that is not in dubai. I didn't know this before purchasing there FOR DUBAI

I placed an order for a 1 kg cake, and they delivered 500 grams. They charged me 150 extra for the same-day delivery, and I filed a complaint the same day (after 15 minutes) and shared the details to the customer's execution with images of the cake with weight machine( in weight machine cake wait was 503 gm) The executive assured me that they would deliver the remaining 500 grams cake within the next 48 hours.

Who will cut the remaining cake after the occasion?

Don't fall for this company
Don't fall for this company, worst customer service I've experienced in Dubai. They do misleading marketing advising delivery can happen in 60 mins and then they don't even deliver in two hrs timeframe besides you paying additional prime fee for the fast delivery. Also they even delivered to a wrong address and when I messaged to complain my delivery was not with me they said they would deliver after another hr. Can't be trusted and won't refund your money, they are in the wrong and even dare to say they will only refund you after 10 days

I ordered flowers 10 days before for valentines day delivery.
They said cannot deliver, my partner was all day at home, address has no problems at all.
Ruined some ones happiness.
Never recommend this people again.

Order anything only if you want to loose your money,even after 7 days my product hasn't been received, neither they are refunding, they will promise to solve the issue in 24to48hrs and so on.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service provided by FnP regarding my recent order for Valentine's Day. I placed an order ten days in advance, consisting of a bouquet and chocolates, with the expectation of a timely and heartfelt delivery to my loved one. However, the entire experience has been nothing short of a complete failure.
Despite the significant lead time provided, only one parcel, the chocolates, was supposedly delivered. The bouquet, a crucial part of the Valentine's Day surprise, was not received by the intended recipient. Upon contacting your customer care team, I was informed that the bouquet was delivered to a random security guard, a claim denied by the guards themselves.

Don't fall for their slogan 'On time evertime'!
Charged 'Next Day' fee but not delivered on stated date. 5 orders placed 3/05/21, only 1 delivered on time on 6/05/21 as promised.
Have to wait 25 minutes to get through to call centre.
Sent complaint, told they can only get resolve matter in 24-48 hrs.
Mean time I missed Mothers Day gifts to mother.
NEVER EVER use this outfit again.
8/05/2021:
5 orders placed, 1 arrived on time, 3 arrived a day late and 1 still NOT delivered.
The 3 food hampers delivered have products missing and all other products substituted with mainly cheap products, not even close to what was promised on the web site.
This is downright fraudulent.

I've dealt with many online shops in my days. This one has to rate the worst of the worst.

Very bad and unprofessional service. I am very disappointed and this was the 3rd time of disappointment and they failed miserably. NOT ANYMORE. The location in Canada and time was very clear and concise. All they were supposed to do was to deliver cake and flower on time in Jan 13, they could not even do that. My order was delivered partial and late. And when I sent them email to cancel my order for which is not delivered, they dared to write me back on Jan 14 saying order is international and will be delivered on international time lol. If you guys don't even understand international time zones then why take orders. Declare yourself un-educated and pathetic.

Local cake shop and florals will be more trustable than FNP. Everyone, refrain from using FNP for your own disappointment sake. You will only be disappointed and they don't even accept there mistake.

I gave Ferns & Pedals every opportunity to deliver these flowers and they failed miserably! The address in Singapore is very clear & concise AND there is staff at the location where the flowers are to be delivered, 24/7 (in other words, every minute of every day of the week). All the F n P delivery has to do is show up with the flowers and drop them off! I gave them written instructions 3 different times on 2 different days and they could not follow them. What really bothers me is I put in 2 similar orders in October and September to the EXACT SAME PERSON & LOCATION and the flowers were delivered fine and on time! I was really counting on these flowers and they let me down. I lost almost $100 on their incompetence & failure.

Pathetic Service by FNP. I ordered the cake one day before the delivery date(at 3:04 PM, to be precise). No one bothered to check on that day if the order can be delivered or not on that day. The next day, someone called me that at around 8:40 AM, that the order is delayed and will be delivered by 8:00 PM. I said ok and then later asked them to make it by 5:00 PM at least. Then at 11:30, someone again called me and said that your chosen cake is not available and it cannot be delivered today and we can deliver it tomorrow. Are you kidding me?

FNP charges more than double the amount for everything listed on the site for this kind of shoddy and unreliable service. I spent so much time choosing a cake and then at the end, you simply say that it cannot be done and leaving me in the lurch at the last moment. Is this what FNP known for? And, the best part is that if something goes wrong, they will simply refund the money at the last moment leaving you with no other option. Seriously, I never expected this kind of pathetic service and these are the reasons we need companies like Amazon who excel in customer service at very competitive prices.

The first picture is the actual delivered floral arrangement and second pic is the ordered item picture.The floral arrangement was stale with wilted flowers. Had only 2 color roses in place of 3. Total number of flowers were less. The white accent floral arrangement in the picture was completely missing. Very bad and unprofessional florals arrangement. I am very disappointed. They told me the wer go to send a replacement the next day and I am still waiting. You are better off calling a local cake shopes or florist to deliver your present. It will be 100 time more reliable and honest..

Please dont trust their brand for plants and other goods other than flowers. They can really mess up. Either the plants do not get delivered or they are generally not in good condition as they come as a courier. They outsource these deliveries to other local vendors with whom there is no accountability. They conveniently update the delivery status inspire of failed deliveries. A very unpleasant experience.

Promised delivery date between 9 am to 9 pm on 15th Feb. It's
Currently 16th Feb, and the order has not been delivered.

I have been diligently following up since morning, and the responses
From your executives, especially Mr. Sanjeev Kumar (Supervisor) and
Mr. Deepak Kumar (Manager) in the Gurgaon division, have been nothing
Short of unacceptable. Instead of providing a solution or actively
Addressing the issue, I have been met with cold and indifferent
Apologies.

Furthermore, the excuse that you are unable to provide the contact
Details of the courier person is utterly ridiculous. My friend's
Birthday was on the 15th of Feb, and the estimated delivery date, as
Per your app (screenshot attached), was also 15th Feb. I placed a
Prepaid order with the expectation that it would be delivered on time.

I demand an immediate and satisfactory resolution to this matter. The
Service provided by Ferns and Petals has been nothing short of
Pathetic, and the lack of accountability and urgency from your team is
Appalling. I insist that the courier be delivered today, and I expect

I have ordered flowers from. F&P Riyadh on 2 occasions. The first occasion transaction went well. The only thing I was disappointed in was the flowers wilted very fast. I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered a much larger order for Valentine's Day. I was given a text that my order was being shipped. It never got there. They couldn't find the same address they had divered to 2 weeks earlier. But I was not informed of it for 11 hours. Trying to communicate wit F&P is almost impossible. All you seem to be able to get are bots. I finally canceled my order and plan to never use F&P ever again. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a florist.

Fake good reviews posted by themselves to create a business. It will show you ready for delivery but will not deliver and the number online will not be connected after you place an order- you just have to email them and wait for there email after a delay in delivery stating SORRY FOR DELAY DUE TO COVID_19. When you know you will not be able to deliver then why you show online the same and took payment - I THINK TO EARN INTEREST - I want compensation for spoiling my occasion - or else I will answer to all your customer's review with good reasons

I have ordered dozens of times with FNP Dubai. I am not an ordinary client. Yet, my order was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by FNP.

The driver tried to contact the delivery contact. The driver was contacted back briefly after but never picked up the phone. I made several attempts via whatsapp. When they replied, they first tried to avoid delivering on the same day, then they tried to lie about the clarity of the address. When I told them I would request a refund if not delivered, it was promised that it would be done tonight (13/09/21, until 10pm). It is already 00:35 am 14/09/21 and no delivery was made.

I called multiple times. The customer service hang up a few times. I gave up calling as it was costing me money to keep trying.

I have never seen such a case of gross misconduct with a long standing client such as me. The thousands of Dirhams I spent with FNP to then be treated like this.

NEVER AGAIN.

I had ordered Cake and rose bouquet from this brand for my sister's silver wedding anniversary...a person called from FN P and told me that the order selected by me can be customized but would require me to pay more. I agreed and paid on the link sent by him and order was placed.
Guess what the cake looked horrible as if a child had created it not at all similar or close to the pic shown while selecting.
Bouquet with chocolates were supposed to be 25roses +25chocolates while what they sent was 20 each.
When I complained guess what they said...they would offer 20% discount on next order placed...not at all bothered about the silver anniversary occasion spoilt by them despite the fact that they charged me a bomb for it.
This brand cannot be trusted and is not a brand that helps make memorable moments.

Do not expect the gifts to reach to the person you want to have it on time... the deliveries are delayed without any intimation to you to have a alternate plan... highly disappointing experience... not recommended

Very bad experience. I had ordered a cake https://m.fnp.com/gift/mixed-dates-walnuts-dry-cake#/product-page which was supposed to contain plenty dates and walnuts but we ended up getting a sponge cake with hardly 6 pieces of cashews and dates. Not at all happy with the order. They charged me for a greeting that was not delivered. They printed my greeting message on a piece of used paper and charged me for it. They did not include the complete names on the message either. Very bad first experience. Wouldn't recommend. See attached what we got vs what we thought we bought from their website. Also the greeting!
