I have been using the classifieds software from Flynax for several years now and would highly recommend them! The software is easy to use, very powerful where you can basically control the entire website on your own and has an abundant amount of features to choose from. If you do ever have any problems, their technical support team is very responsive and provide excellent support.
It was a big mistake when i convert my website to flynax. Very poor service and you pay for every single thing. And dont let me start with the customer service which they are very slow and you have to pay for this service! Believe me it is a nightmare. Part Two: After I reviewed here they came after me and start bothering me because I wrote a review here. And keep asking me to delete the review. And my ISO app which I order almost a month ago, they wanted me to share my Apple account which I told them I can not share it, because it is personal account. I offered to them to use Teamviewer so they can login to my computer and do what ever they want by TeamViewer. They refuse and they insist to share account which is personal. Then they told me delete the review and we will give you the source code. I asked to refund the IOS they told me you are not eligible. Part 3: "Flynax: It is very unthankful of you to write that we charge for every little thing because Rudi added the "to be negotiated" option to your custom module at no cost." It is a shame when you said something not true. I attached the bill of my payment for this change. Flynax: I'd like to remind you that Flynax is a Company that provides services to other customers too. We're not freelancers sitting here and waiting for someone to send us a ticket. We pay for this support and they only work for 20 days ( only business days) and they Charge $54 monthly. And as you can see they very rude with us and they will try to get money from you, by skipping your tickets for few days. Please guys if you know anybody who can convert my website to WORDPRESS I will appreciate it and im welling to pay for it just to get rid of this nightmare. You cant produce quality products with the intention to do so. How can you produce quality stuff if your target is catching fish on net. What i have observed is generally those who produce quality stuff will have liberal refund policy. Others make it impossible to get refund. Search engine rankings can be manipulated with forcible backlinks from gullible buyers. If you keep on refunding every unsatisfied customers they may not have any customer. Of course its not easy to quantify quality. Even i thought its quality product until i installed it myself and saw how it works. Its like a satellite site which works or goes down when they want. When you buy flynax you are just becoming their satellite

I some how dont see the intent for quality in chinese and russian products. Chinese atleast make up with low cost with low quality. Russians dont even compromise on price until they get hungry. Thats why generally they are unable to compete with america. They are learning to act as americans with one leg in russia and the other in america. Of course its not easy to convince or explain anyone about quality. Even i thought its quality product until i installed it myself and saw how it works. Its like a satellite site which works or goes down when they want. When you buy flynax you are just becoming their satellite
Well i used a script " rapid classified" available now at www.4u2ges.com paying just $10 for installation to a designer and made $******* and due to illness i discontinued. I cant find it so far because they are not promoting it why i dont know. I searched for it now. Its hidden in obscure place 4u2ges.com. Its the best of course they are not giving it free now. Its still available for $200. I may not know about their customer care or paid version now because i have not used. You should know paid doesn, t mean best. I also used phpfox but with the new version i am at sea. If i cant develop a better site i will use rapid classifieds. Flynax may look good but you will know the problem only when you try to promote it and earn. If you dont want to earn, just to showcase anything will be alright.
Well i purchased it by mistake seeing the looks and functions. Truth i learnt only when i installed. I am left with unwanted baby after spending 400 odd dollars. I may never get refund nor i can trust the developer. I can never use the script. If anyone thinks they can benefit and of course if you can get permission to transfer which i doubt this conjush developer will give i will donate this script. At least i will be happy that some one is happy

my experience is very bad with their customer care. i dont think it can work for anyone other than those who want make some bucks some how desperately. dont fall in for looks search engine listings

I AM NOT HERE TO WRITE REVIEW. I just enquired around for developers to help me clean up. I came across people who detected the same problems long ago. They kept mum. Developer kept mum. And i am caught. Normal user may not find. But the developer knew. They offer to repair for those protesting? Why? I can only surmise they want us to keep paying for support from first month. If you repair the script it will benefit all. If u do it for individuals next buyer will face the same problem

Test it thoroughly. Check the terms. Get assurance for free support until all bugs are repaired UNLESS YOU ARE BUFFETS BROTHER

I asked to the account to be closed as I never used it and did it in the first three days. The refused in writing to cancel or refund. So I lost $200.

The problem is that you didn't read our EULA, which clearly says that our product is intangible and unencrypted. So, we cannot refund you once you got access to the source code. You got access to the code and your site was installed - canadian... com. There are instances when some of our customers change their mind right after placing the order, at the stage when they didn't download anything. In this case, we refund them in full without any questions because they didn't download anything. You could have requested an extendible free trial to make sure you get what you want; in addition, we offer free guidance to our trial users. In other words, we do our best to provide our potential customers with as much information as they need to make an informed decision. We don’t want refunds that’s why we never talk our customers into purchasing our products.
By the way, you didn't lose 200 USD because you paid us 156.00 USD.
This is our honest review, from April 2nd, 2020, of the classifieds system Flynax created and also from our experience working with them. This review will contain 3 major negative points because we do not recommend the system nor the company.
False advertising with iOS and Android apps.
The classifieds app for iOS and Android has nothing to do with the web version. There are no filters, meaning if your category has 1000 ads, users of the apps will have to paginate all 1000 ads page-by-page.
Poor performance
The reason the software works well in their demos is that it has only 30 ads and 5 users. We have a database of a couple of thousands of ads plus a few hundred users and everything runs sluggish. We evaluated other platforms too and even Wordpress style sites can handle the same database without problems. This is also false advertising.
Difficult to work with
Staff members like John, David, and Viktor have a poor command of English but will be the ones responding to your tickets. Often, it feels their replies are pre-written because they don't address the topic. They also have a hard time understanding requirements and are slow to deliver. For example, a developer named Viktor was assigned a customization to allow the creation of a new type of form field (tag input, from bootstrap). After one month he showed us a hardcoded field and with hardcoded datasets, completely missing the point of the customization that was written in clear English. Also, 30 days to create a hardcoded form field? It's a 2h job.
The business model of this company is to sell the script, and that's why after-sale services such as support and customizations are so bad. This is our honest reply to your complaint. We will reply to all of your points:
You say that our mobile Apps have nothing to do with the web version, that is, they don't offer the functionality of the web script. You're absolutely right but for one thing - our site and the App description don't say anything that our mobile Apps offer the same functionality. You should have played with the mobile App free trial to see for yourself what it offers before the purchase. Moreover, we added a FAQ a long time ago to tell our customers and prospects what the Apps offer in terms of the features and functions - https://www.flynax.com/faqs.html#apps-functionality. We don't try to talk prospects into buying our script because we know that we might end up talking like this.
Your statement about the script being slow is totally false. You think that you've been cheated and you try to find every fault with our script but what you say is not true because we've built a number of massive projects with thousands of listings and concurrent users and they work fine. We're not sure you set up your server correctly. For your information, Wordpress users switch to our script because we offer a specialized classifieds script that cannot work slower than Wordpress. We're not writing articles here, we're writing quality code; this is our priority. Yes, Viktor is not a native speaker of English but he understands it very well and can easily get needed details from a customer. Viktor has a number of fans who are very happy to order customizations from him. He knows the script like the back of his hand and the fact that the result didn't meet your expectations means that your spec was quite ambiguous and described part of the needed functionality. It was our fault that we got to your customization without clarifying the spec. He is going to review and quote your last customization and we won't get to it until we clarify every point in your spec.
It is not true because we have a number of customers, who run a few licenses, and they keep getting ones as their projects thrive. The majority of companies offering intangible products offer the same refund policy. For this reason, we offer the free trial and Demo site so you could see for yourself if the script meets your requirements.
Let me start by saying, Flynax knows what's bad about their software, they also know what's good about their software.
With a lot of competitions out there, it will take you a lot of money or modifications to Flynax software for you stand the competitions
Flynax is responsive but doesn't look professional on mobile phones and tablets and they know this but you will need to pay them to make it look better for you.
I used Flynax for 3 years and spent over 4k but finally gave up for something different, if you want to achieve your dreams of having one of the best-classified ads websites, you need to find someone that will design a website for you to meet your needs.
Flynax support takes over 2 weeks on tickets.
Maybe before buying the software, ask Flynax to show you a portfolio of someone that used their software to make it.
I know a few guys like Pete, Crist that has Flynax software for years and still at the same stage as they started.
Do not like the reviews fool you, I have been and I even gave Flynax one of the best reviews.
Anyways am selling my software, I have full license including premium templates and all plugins. If you are interested I will sell them for you as cheap as 200$ because they are useless to me

It is not our fault that you ordered the customization from our Team on the production site, which resulted in its temporary shutdown. When we finished the customization your site was up and running again.

Regarding the making the customization to the mobile Apps, the mobile Apps are standalone scripts like our web-based script with their own architecture and functionality. Customizations to mobile apps cost 40USD per hour of coding - https://www.flynax.com/faqs.html#per-hour-rate. You could see that we didn't discuss the interface of the mobile Apps with you when making the customization, which meant that we were going to customize only your website; in addition, not all our customers want to reproduce web-based customizations in their mobile Apps, nor you asked us about it. We believe making 3 customizations for as low as 60 USD is a nightmare even for an ill-paid hardcoding developer.

We have a number of US and European customers, who shared their logins and code and got their mobile Apps published at the Apple Store. But you wanted to beat the system and make it your own way. Can you imagine that you came to the store to buy a TV set on your own terms? In addition, we assured you that you would be able to change the access logins once we're done but you refused to follow the procedure anyway.

We did our best to resolve all the issues and help you with mobile Apps. I thought that everything was fine that's why I asked you to remove the review because it expressed more emotions than real information about our support and script performance. In my message, I told that I would have to respond to your review if you don't remove it. You never removed it and I had to respond to it. I also want to tell others that you tried to blackmail us in chat sending us a screenshot of your review. We're not afraid because our products speak for themselves.

When placing an order, you agreed to our Mobile App EULA - https://www.flynax.com/eula-mobile-application.html, please read the "2-factor Authentication for iOS" passage carefully: "You shall come to our live chat, request a code while in chat and send it to us within 20 seconds, so we could enter the code in order to verify that you trust our device and we can manage it." You’ve breached the EULA, which negates your eligibility for the refund.

We believe you've finally understood that your behavior was counterproductive. We're glad you provided all the necessary details and, hopefully, your App will be published soon, and you will be able to get your App customized because you got the source code.
