Who's Minding the Store?

Just checking out what others say about customer service and tech support. They do not respond to any questions. It appears they are into Etsy and also push for that site. For $59.99/month it isn't much of an operstion... sometimes the site building tools freeze. There is no phone support anytime of day. I have just over 50items up at present and it seems the siye builder is already choking on what is supposed to be 1000 product website forme.directfromwestfourthblvd.com
Tip for consumers:
I looked at their forum and a lot of the reviews were from 2012 and earlier. Is anybody home?
