Everything went smooth. Didn't need to talk to anyone at airport, did it all with phone and kiosk. Don't know what else to say. Would definitely use again. Don't fly often but this was super easy. Would gladly tell other people about FlyFar.com.
Booked flight, then covid hit. They would not give me a refund. Gave me flight credit, but I couldn't use. Tried for 2 years to get refund. No luck. Finally triend to use flight credits...They told me my flight credits expired WITHOUT informing me! Talked to supervisor They said nothing they can do. No credits, no refund, no alternative. $1000 of my money gone! WTF! I will be suing this website and company. Worst ever. Don't use them. I'm a frequent traveler and this was the first time I ever used them, trying to save money for our charity. They stole our money!
I am a month away from flying so I hope all goes well! The process so far seems to be good. Although fly far did not let me know i was being charged 25$ to choose my seat. I figured it out and decided to go through with it. However the fine print on the invoice says that the airline may not honor the selection.
1- there is no final review of total cost BEFORE confirming the booking.
2- 10 min later... "TRIP CANCELL insurance -$80. Seem to unintentionally charged-A VERY aggressive agent in your office REFUSED TO CANCELL THAT INSURANCE AND THE CHARGE... it took firm demand to have it removed to get it done.
3- there is no way to add 'BLOBAL ENTRY #" on to the reservation!-this is very important for security passage at airport
4- couldn't get two (2) passengers on the reservation -I had to book my wife separately AT HIGHER PRICE.

I didn't want to pay for selected seats. The question asked if we would like the airline to seat us together. I was seeing that as a courtesy as seating map was unavailable. Then I was charged 54.00 Extra. I felt cheated!
Who are you? Are you legit? I was booking thru Kayak and you popped up and took over my booking which scares me a lot. I am not sure I have a seat on the plane. What confirmation can you assure me that I have booked a airfare to Denver on Oct. 17th?

You should let travlers have a 24 hour period to exchange for cheaper tickets, or at least hold a ticket until they have decided.
Cheapest flight by far, booked through them. Didn't receive a ticket or boarding pass (my flight was for that night). After hours of trying to contact them they finally answered and sent me my pass. Everything was fine, I was so scared it wouldn't work and I had gotten scammed but I didn't! But then, a few days later I had seen I was charged an extra 200 from Alaska this time (not their site). Was extremely mad and called and they said they would look into it, fly far did end up taking care of it after a few days. So it was pretty stressful, but successful in the end. Saved myself $200! But their customer service sucks...
