I absolutely love my Blue Raspberry Babymaker Pro and it came exactly as ordered. Shipping took about 4 months to happen for me, however FLX and FedEx stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. One thing that was challenging for me was having to change the color and the handlebar style of the bike due to supply shortages, however I am very happy with my second choice and I would not trade it back for the Sterling Silver with upper bars. Thank you FLX.
Ordered 6 weeks ago. Delivery was planned within 7-14 days. Since there no Bike for me. 3-4 Weeks later I asked about shipping. No valuable Feedback. 1 week later again mails to FLX. No feedback at all. Then a feedback that they have problems with shipping provider / carrier. Now again no feedback at all. Very bad experience. Don´t know if the company still exist or what the matter is. Don´t know what´s next. Started request at Paypal to reverse my order and get money back.

Great design, engineering, speed, and range of the bike for my commutes around the City.
The Babymaker II is pretty awesome. Lots of power on the bike. Customer Service was fine, but they definitely under estimate the time it will take to ship out. I wasn't in a hurry for my bike, but would have appreciated a more realistic time frame, as it was shipped about a month after the timeline that had been quoted. Overall, I am very happy with the bike.
Stealthy ebike
Website was easy and I look forward to getting my bike and hitting the trails
Light weight, the design is very close to my current regular bike. I want to commute daily (40+) miles round trip, Components seem legit
Placed order on Oct 20,2020, received tracking number, package never delivered. Inquired about order, was told the warehouse would send order out soon. Asked one more time, before they finally sent what I paid for.
The only glitch was that Fedex required a signature. That meant I would have had to stay home all day waiting for delivery. That was not possible, so after second attempt I had to drive 74 miles to pick the bike up at the nearest Fedex store. Also, I ordered the 23" touring package. Somehow confusion occurred at FLX and they were going to ship a 19" touring package that was out of stock/backordered. Fortunately I called to verify the order due to the Fedex signature issue. A kind FLX rep cleared up the confusion and sent the 23" touring package that was in stock. That caused a week's delay in the touring package arrival.
Response times are long... even responses to open queries seem to go to bottom of pile again...
Initial response was incorrect
Finally getting a new part sent (let's see hoe that goes...!)
I've had virtually no problems with my babymaker, the only thing I had to replace was the controller as the original one was overtightened and eventually the plastic cracked.
The bike rides much like a regular road bike and not some creepy coaster electric bike (think Aventon)! I replaced the seat, tires and handlebars since this bike is aluminium and every bump is transmitted through both. Otherwise it's very stock.
It seems to love working with the gatorskin hardshells that I put on it.
It was one of the best purchases I made last year.
Hi, I need someone to come back to me from customer service. I received my bike, but the right pedal did not thread properly in the crank arm. I need a new pedal and crank arm. Both are stripped. I will upgrade these cheap pedals. The pedels are for a kids bike not an adult bike.
I have been observing them for a few years, but didn't want to wait half a year for a bike. I do believe moving the company to Michigan is a good idea for access to engineering, materials, and labor.
The Babymaker bike is absolutely perfect in the city and on the flat. It handles very well and I'm really happy with the way it rides. The belt to replace the chain is excellent. The remaining mechanical parts are also excellent.
Unfortunately, I have to say that it is very disappointing on the climbs. It can't cope with big gradients and gets to the point where it inexorably stops. I suppose that's the price you pay for an electric bike that, for all intents and purposes, feels like a classic muscle fixie.
Another negative point is the unreliable battery status computer. Sometimes it shows less under load and, unfortunately, I've had it stop even though two seconds earlier it showed two notches. This could have been done better. Also, the charger is a bit too noisy.
However, there are electric city bikes that cost up to 5,000 euros, for example the Coboc Bike. With a fifth of the price you can't expect perfection.
All in all, it's a bike I like and am proud to show others.
I got the Black Friday email, and entered very carefully the 25% off discount code. I was not given the discount, and assume that also means I won't get the free FLX hat either. Later addition: FLX made a refund in the amount of the discount the same day, so their customer service really pays attention. I also got a notice of shipment later in the day. Impressive! Thanks guys!
The best prices for high quality.

I did lots of research before pulling the trigger on my FLX trail. Many hours online, and visiting shops in Vancouver and Seattle. I was disappointed but not surprised when it didn't show in 3-5 weeks like I was told. It's a brand new company after all and they are bound to have issues. So when it arrived in late September, the rains had already begun here in the Pacific Northwest. But now I am having the fun I used to have when I was a kid on a sting ray. If I was only rating the bike, i would give it 6 stars, and although I am excited and hopeful for this new company, they don't have it quite dialed in yet. They are getting there though, and if it's any consolation, I WILL be buying another FLX.
Help was somehow quick (Mails over about two weeks) and the problem was solved. For now…
Didn't like they made me feel it was my fault in the first place and help wouldn't come that easily next time

Great bike, handles well in all terrain, fast and sturdy. Can be used both off-road and for commuting, so very versatile. Have kitted it out with los of touring accessories adding extra weight but with such a powerful motor, it is hardly noticed. Delivered in a timely fashion on a pallete to prevent knocks and bumps which worked well. Test rided it and was impressed with the power and speed. Lots of fun!
Have previously bought FLX Babymaker Pro for general commuting and was impressed by its handling and look, so thought i would try the e-mountain bike for leisure.
I received the FLX F5 trail. It is a terrific bike. Well packed, arrived with minimal and simple assembly. Terrific videos on the website about how to assemble. Riding experience on the bike is outstanding so far. The motor is a little noisy, but the motor buzz is worth it for the great torque. I live in a very hilly area and this bike climbs like a mountain goat! VERY good value for the price.
Only negative is the service from FLX. I originally pre-ordered one of their other models in April which was supposed to arrive in June. That arrival date then slid to August, then to Sept and finally Nov. I said uncle and switched to this model.
I hear constantly about the supply chain issues affecting all manufacturers, and so I am understanding about these delays. What I am not understanding of is that when they slide dates, they don't contact you. When you reach out to them, expect a 3 day delay getting a response. Incredibly frustrating to the point of wondering if you are dealing with a company going out of business.
Very nice people, but incredibly understaffed service wise. All in all, if you are patient, it is a terrific bike and I'd recommend. Particularly if the bike is "In Stock" on the website rather than "Pre Order"
Bafang mid-drive motor with 120nm of torque plus the torque sensor instead of a cadence sensor. Riding rear hubs and smaller mid-drives on other bikes felt underpowered on my hills. Frame and component set are a perfect mix for this price point.
UPDATE: The company finally got back to me and sent me the replacement for the defective motor. I was able to follow the step by step video instructions using the tools they provided and make the motor swap. It worked perfectly and I love my bike. It really is an amazing piece of machinery now that it is working properly. ORIGINAL: I got my bike and after one ride it stopped working. They asked me to send pictures of the motor and the immediately identified that the motor was not correctly placed causing the wires to be pulled out of the motor. That was November 25th. I have yet to hear from them again. I have made repeated attempts to get them to respond, even said I would pay for the cost of having a local bike shop replace the motor. Nothing! You will spend a lot and once they have your money, good luck! Hopefully your bike will be one like they show off all the time and not a very heavy conversation piece that you can't ride again. I told all of my friends and family about his bike because I was so excited.
