My son started at EMA almost a year ago and I couldn't be happier with the progress he has made. His confidence is growing with every class he goes to. The instructors have a vast amount of knowledge, are kind, patient and energetic. My son was very hesitant about starting karate in the beginning but the instructors were very patient with him and allowed him the space that he needed to feel comfortable. Now that he's been there for a little while and they know him better, they push him to excel. My son keeps saying he wants to be an instructor some day and EMA had "buddy days" recently where the kids could bring a friend to class, he was such a good teacher and exhibited all the amazing traits we see each week in his instructors! We are so proud of him. Thank you EMA!

They are very friendly, professional and always seem to get the most out of the kids. They have a very welcome environment for all levels and the programs are well structured

Cascadia is definitely one of the best places I have ever been to in my entire life. The people are friendly and the workouts are hard but fun. No matter what I feel at peace walking onto those red and blue mats. Im so happy I gave Cascadia a shot because now I couldn't imagine going a single week without getting my kickboxing fix
