Flowers were beautiful and sent to relative on time--even though I called at the last minute! The merchant was friendly and helpful in deciding what to send.
Peaceful Garden spray for funeral, ordered deluxe version, although the arrangement was somewhat similar to picture it looked like near half the flowers were missing, very sparce in actual number of flowers and fullness esoecially in center of the arrangement. It looked cheap. I was somewhat embarrassed. Out of respect, I did not take a picture of what was delivered for proof, inappropriate for me to do so, as it was placed beside an open casket during the visitatation & service.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers in a vase and it was to be sent to Alberta. After ordering I saw all the horrible reviews and I was so scared. But my friend got them and they were soooooooo beautiful. I will use this service again

Ordered flower online and was really pleased with their work. It was sent to a family in vancouver and the whole experience is first class.
I just wanted to mention that I had a very positive experience. They were able to make changes at the very last minute, were very responsive and professional. I would definitely use them again.
I have used this company five times this year to send gourmet baskets to my father after having had a bad experience with another internet flower/gourmet basket vendor. He always gets the basket and without fail, is thrilled. Fruits are always fresh, goodies are always high quality. I like this company because they email you when the basket is delivered, so you don't have to track it yourself, and they give discounts for return business.
I see that some people have had a bad experience with Flowershopping.com. I guess I hit it lucky. This is my second time ordering from them and I have no compliant. In fact, I ordered the gladiola spray for a funeral that was better than I expected. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. I was going to order from the funeral parlors website but instead I saved about $50 and got a way better arrangement. I'm a happy shopper.

A lot to choose from. Plan on spending an hour or so unless you are sure of exactly what you want

Ordering process was easy, and although I paid for rush delivery the Oder didn't show up on time…. I was offered a credit towards my next purchase and the rush order charges were deducted from my order. The customer response time was satisfactory. After sever emails I was sent an image of the delivery. Thank you for your follow-through, earned a 5 star in my books!

I called and explained that I wasnt happy - long story short the plant was replaced with the most beautiful pot plant - I highly recommend Flower Shopping.com they stand behind their product - Foxy T
Fourth of July arrangement, I ordered flowers for my daughter through this website. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, however there were some substitutions. There was supposed to be a cup that had a flag on it. Also there was to be a child's pinwheel that also was imprinted with a flag, did not get that either. Customer service was very pleasant and returned a portion of cost per the substitution's. They really didn't have to. Arrangements was bigger than I had purchased, and just beautifully done. Maybe if I had ordered it sooner it would have helped Not their fault. Thank you, flower shopping.com!
