There is no way this business is legitimate. I ordered flowers which were never delivered. I tried emailing them but received no answers. Luckily I ordered through PayPal and was able to get my money back but I'm sure many people just lost theirs. Do not believe the 4 and 5 star ratings. They're b***sh*t. Do not throw your money away. More than that, do not be embarrassed when nothing is delivered to whomever they were intended for.
Flowers were never delivered, the card was charged TWICE. Avoid at all costs. No way to contact the customer service.
This place is a fraud. After not delivering my order I have tried to contact customer service. They are not available. Also despite having "western" names they always make English mistakes that no native speaker would make. It doesn't matter where they are from but they pretend to be someone they are not.
If they get back to you they don't follow up and my item (after being 3 days late) has not been delivered. I agree I think the addresses and phone number are fake.
This is not a real business. I will use other places like

They are a little bit more but they are a safe and reliable company. Unlike this place which is a real headache to deal with especially if you want to send something to someone for a special occasion.
Flowers2world is one of the fraud and scam company of USA, don't ever try to book any bouquet from this site or any other service ( http://www.flowers2world.com/).
Otherwise you will lost your money with time.
I had order for a bouquet value (111.6 $) order id ******* but they are did not delivered it and even did not give me response of my mail.
First of all excellent Customer Service! I've ordered basket of fruit with flowers, they shipped in the same day. Really fast service and very good communication. Also, very excellent price.

I have a great experience with this site. I am one of the regular costumer of this site they are doing some great work and i never get such type of good responce for any other site. I prefer this site to all of my friends for the any occasion they are best to deal with.
I have been cheated of NOK437 (approx. USD50). The order has not been delivered more than a week after the due date. Despite repeated complaints, there was no response from the company. After an email to cancel the order was sent, I got an immediate response saying the order has been delivered. The response was from a Jamez Clark, Manager Sales & Marketing, Tel: *******682. The number is fictitious. After a very nasty email from me, I got an anonymous response saying the information has been passed on to the complaints department. That was on 1st Sep, 2011. Tday is 6th Sep, and there has been no response from the company.
The website has no telephone numbers, the chat line is never available and the skype contact is fictitious. I don't want to spend more money on stamps writing to what I think are fictitious addresses in the US, UK and UAE. If any of the readers are close to any of these addresses, I shall be obliged if you would check it out and drop me a line on *******@hotmail.com.

Ordered from them for my parents' anniversary celebration and it was awesome! I could not have asked for more! It's somewhat pricy but was definitely worth it!
