Substandard quality plant! While ordering, in pictures, plants look all good but when you received plant it is worst! Quality is worse than road side nursery's plant. In the price range one can get way better and fresh plant from local nursery. One should not order from floweraura if its for special occasions
The Order was for 12 Orchids. But received only 10 & arrangement of flowers very poor. Felt cheated.
The flowers were tied up so clumsily. The bunch looked horrible.
The cake was decorated as if the fruits were thrown over the cake. Who puts fruits which get oxidised on a cake?

This morning I was really looking to order something and I tried connecting via chat support! The wait time was of 15 minutes however I was assisted late. I decided to call and the representative Arti said me to give a resolution and commited a call back in one hour. Never got the call back as per commitment. Then there was Sunita who assisted me and that was too not satisfactory. I wasted a long time in short! I trust Floweraura and its delivery as per my past experiences and quality but the customer support I received was horrible. Lastly I ordered through Bakingo and not Floweraura! Me as a customer would rate a big zero to the support I received and it was highly disappointing.

Ordered lillies from floweraura. The order was placed based on a picture of a bouquet in a round vase. But the product was delivered in an unimpressive long vase. Also there was no baby breath added which was there in the picture. The lillies has not bloomed even after 30hrs now. Only plus was timely delivery. Quiet disappointed.

I bought flowers to be sent to my girlfriend. They arrived on time even after I changed the time to something earlier in the day. She was happy with how the looked. Realizing they sent the wrong vase, I contacted them and they were more than willing to exchange for the correct one. But she wanted to keep the very small one to use for something else. But with in 24 hours (morning of next day) the roses started to wilt and dry. I contacted to ask why and what do they normally do in this case seeing I have sent flowers before and they last at least 4 days. I was told its because of the heat... we are in a AC home. I talk to a few other employees only to be left on hold. No real response.

We ordered cake and plants for valentines day and give the time slot 11-2pm they delivered in the night at 9.30 when we raised complain for 2-3time. The order they deliver was different than what we ordered and flowers pots were muddt. After looking at plant no one will have a feeling like gift. Not recommend for gifts.

Order No. ******* - Flowers bouquet is not upto the Mark. It's not same as shown in the picture. Also as per item there should be 35 flowers but only 31 flowers, if I paid for something it should be there. Also flowers are looked too old not fresh.

Ordering process had difficulty - will say overall it was minor. Customer service called as probably they recognized someone on the site for some time but were more interested in knowing if I am able to make the payment and not if I needed help with anything else on the site. The delivery was on time but the product delivered was terrible. Greeting card was empty when the site had the text and review of the order showed the text. The chocolates were all melted and flowers were dead. Rated 2 stars because I was able to connect to customer service after ordering without any issue. Maybe should rate 0 star (if that was an option) or 1 star. I don't recommend them and won't give them another chance. The cost was about $1,750 for the order.

With floweraura, there never has been any peace of mind. Few hours before every order we receive an email that they tried reaching us in phone and the flowers are not available. Once I received a similar email from floweraura team and asked them the question about website vs actual availability mismatch, the response was that my order is confirmed with sometthing I didn't even confirm on (looks like they are not even reading the emails properly). I don't live in India so it's been a pain keeing up with this email nonsense from flowersura team because of time difference. I would have understood this happening once or twice, but everytime we give them another chance, it's the same availability issue. Order from floweraura only if you are ready to deal with their crap.

I ordered flowers online from abroad to be delivered in Mumbai.
The bouquet sent was nowhere close to the photo on the website!
According to customer service the photo depicts double the flowers! I mean really?!
This is not mentioned anywhere while ordering, I would call it completely cheating the customers!

Out of which cake and flower was delivered well on the day BUT out of the two gift one arrived one day late ( miniature sizes and different from the picture) and the other one never arrived.
After chasing them, the second one was delivered but the quality was extremely extremely poor! So different from the picture.
So I would strongly recommend pls not to buy from here. If you really don't want to be disappointed and regret then pls stay away.

Ordered a heart shape egg less cake costing me Rs. 1250 but when delivered it came out to be in worse condition n shape... Really disappointed... Cause it was supposed to be a surprise to someone but delivered as a shock...
Very bad. The cake was delivered at 11:15pm, spoiling my surprise. I didn't knew that it's cald midnight delivery in their terms for which the charged me extra Rs350. The flowers were not fresh. Over all my experience was worst with this site. Very disappointed.
Seems like they are not serious about taking orders. I ordered a kitty cake yesterday for my 11 years old niece on her birthday. I did write special instructions and a note for her so they can pass it on. When they delivered cake, note she received was saying "happy chocolate days and teddy day to beautiful lady".
Liked the options. Also the customer support person named Ankur was of great help.
But the flower quality is pathetic. All semi dried roses. Few almost perished rose petals. Very disappointed by the quality.

If not delivered refund should be there for non perishable item. But for perishable item if non refund we can understand but for non perishable item it u dont refund then we have to think twice before ordering.

Well, It's really disappointing that what I ordered was not not reached there on time and moreover it got exchanged with someone's elsez cake. I got to know this in the morning only. Thats really bad at your end. As an individual I will never order again.
I had to wish my parents for their anniversary and the Bangalore team was very rude. And they delivered in evening after calling them to REMIND THEM. If u guys cannot give good service then u will lose ur customers. And u should be ready for that... u have already lost me now...
