Substandard quality plant! While ordering, in pictures, plants look all good but when you received plant it is worst! Quality is worse than road side nursery's plant. In the price range one can get way better and fresh plant from local nursery. One should not order from floweraura if its for special occasions

I placed this order on 12th to be delivered on 14th between 6-15 hrs and order was per the image below
We didnt receive as per the order with respect to timing of the order
In your tracking portal it mentioned as delivered as below which is 10.50 p m
But it got delivered only that they left it in front of the door and a message, i had wanted to give a surprise to my wife which was disaster due to untimely delivery (00.30 hr 15th early morning), also it wasn't delivered in full, chocolate was missing and all flowers falling apart (only 2 chocolate and not a box as mentioned in the initial order)

Worst Service for flower & Cake Delivery. Request you all not to order anything from this portal. They don't have any proper customer care. I had ordered a cake and plant from this app. They have promised to deliver it in time. But they falied to keep there promise. Even contacting customer care is big hurdle. The flowers I ordered were not delivered. They said the address was not correct, which was not true. They were unwilling to deliver them again, nor doing a refund or any other help for me to deliver this gift.

They promised 3 day max delivery. Ordered on July 24th and Delivered on Augu 3rd eveing after rakhi. Next time I will just use Amazon. I was trying to support other business instead of Amazon, but lose their trust.

I ordered a Rakhi on 17 Aug that is to be delivered in London by 21 Aug as per floweraura. But the Rakhi was delivered on 1 Sep. Their Customer executive promised that Rakhi will be delivered before 31 Aug. I called them many times about the problem but they did nothing. They wasted my time and energy. In future I will never order anything from Floweraura. Very bad service. As it was compulsory to give rating so I gave 1 star otherwise I would have given 0 star.

Had ordered cakes and flowers for my nephews birthday. Time slot for delivery was 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM. When order didn't reach on time. I tried to contact them on phone. It doesn't ring at all. Children were waiting to cut cake so i decided to buy from local shop. Customer care refused to cancel order and told me to wait 1 hour. Very unreliable and very bad customer service. After a lot of chat in WhatsApp customer care said delivery was delayed due to rains. I send a picture showing no rains since last one hour. Also they asked porter to deliver the cake at 6:15 PM but we're lying that it was on way. All evidence is in below pictures of WhatsApp conversation

This site is fraud i ordered rakhi from this site and it was supposed to delivered on 30th jul. But when i called them up for confirmation of my delivery then they said it cant be delivered in that area.so choose exprwas rakhi then we will deliver and in express rakhi cost of rakhi was 4 times. 1. Product was delivery before delivery date, so not good forum if you are planning for any surprise gifts for Birthdays or Anniversaries.
2. Package is very pathetic and not in a good presentable way, not professional enough.
3. If you are ordering Mug, please make sure while requesting for any additional words. Basic content etiquette is not followed by this company. Attaching the image for the reference. They added the name and half of the messge content in one line which looks so bad. They did not even contact customer to cross verify or confirm if that was the concern.
Looks like they have this products like mugs and even indoor plants getting delivered from Gurgaon. Which destroys the product ex like plant as plant bent shown in the image or even packed Mug, chances are there that the items may get damaged.
WORST EXPERIENCE.

I ordered a get well soon bouquet of lilies and they said we don't have lilies so we will do our best with roses and gerberas.
A- they never have lilies it is the third time.
B- for the price of lilies I get roses and gerberas
C- the presentation skills are 0/10 even a fifth grade kid could make a better bouquet, it was just a pink paper wrapped around some flowers.
D- now lets talk about sense - What I ordered was a get well soon bouquet and what the made was a $#*!tiest one with all the gerberas and red roses as if I am gonna give it for some formal wedding.
E- last but not the least time is none of their concern. Never deliver on time.

Never use their services. I must have ordered more than 10 items but over 70% of the items had issues with the quality or missing items. They are not someone you should trust with your order.

I had ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's day. The whole day went by only on trying to contact the customer care and following up with regards to the status of my order. The customer care number was busy the entire day and the live chat option is useless cause first you number in the waiting queue is probably quite far and then the person on the chat does not reply.
They delivered the flowers the next day. The bouquet quality was also very mediocre. They are a bunch of fools who do not understand the importance of a special occasion so better buy flowers from the florist directly and save yourself from all the hassle.
Pathetic and horrible experience.
Firstly, the delivery executive was abusive and arrogant and rude & was completely horrible. Secondly, the delivery has not been made in the time Slot selected. Thirdly, the flowers were supposed to be fresh and 100 in quantity. The flowers are of disgusting quality and are only 70 in number. I will attach the photos for the same and I will definitely be never ever placing any more orders from FlowerAura anymore and will be posting it on social media as well as this is extremely pathetic and this was supposed to be a special delivery for my fiancé which is so bad. This is cheating and fraud. I've attached a photo of what I got. These are 70 pathetic flowers for which I paid 3000 rupees. There weren't even 100.

Worst service!
People do not respond over chat. I had to wait for 1 hour to get someone into chat. After they join they just greet but do not reply after that. My order is not yet delivered. I had to try for customer care number which gets connected after 1 hr which is waste of time.

Exceptionally poor service. On March 9th, I purchased a bouquet for my fiancée, but she never received it. I received a message from the staff stating that it had been delivered. I've been emailing them about my problem since that day, but the team keeps answering, claiming it's been delivered. I've requested a refund several times, but they keep denying it. If I had the option to give a negative star, I would give them a negative 5 star.

Very unprofessional, see the photos to see the reality. How lazy can they be - hand written print with a celo tape!. They sent me a wrong order and neither did they replace it with the right photo and nor are they responding to emails. Don't even try calling them, because nobody ever picks up.
