I have placed several orders with Floryday and have yet to be disappointed with either the product or the great service. On a couple of occasions when I wanted to return what I had purchased, this was done quickly and efficiently and the money went into my account without any hassle. Their selection is fantastic and wide ranging and, as a very satisfied customer, I will be shopping with them again.

Product looks nothing like photos. Sizing is awful - items very, very poor quality. Returns process is deliberately set up to prevent returns Return address has not postcode. Fake reviews and then spend their times getting negative reviews removed without solving problems. Refunds take 60 days and then are not paid in full. £32 out of pocket so far. Facebook reviews from fake accounts - the issues and lies go on... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a couple shirts today and a couple hours later had to cancel. Only then did I see these reviews. So we will see if the money gets promptly returned to my account. If it does I'll change my rating and place my order again. Will follow up.

Know that the sizing is hit and miss. Know that their idea of "cotton" is questionable. Know that it could take a month to get your merchandise. Other than that, they have been responsive to requests for returns and refunds. You have to contact them through *******@floryday.com.

Finally got credit for returned purchases. Starting to think a little better of this company. Last return I had which was less than 3 days ago, I was told not to send it back but was still given credit.

After a very disappointing and frustrating exchange of emails, FloryDay did eventually refund the amount paid in full. I have no idea at all what happened to my three dresses, as they never arrived and the tracking didn't work. I am relieved they refunded my account, but found the whole experience put me off internet shopping with companies I don't know. All I can say is that if you have a similar problem, persevere!

I ordered three dresses on the 6th July, and it is now the 2nd August and they still haven't arrived. The original tracking number didn't work; this second one (? New company, doesn't make sense!) simply says a crate of goods has been received at LHR from this sender. There is no further tracking information, and no information whatsoever either from JS Distribution or from FloryDay. I will re-review on receipt of my dresses, if they ever arrive.

Floryday make it very easy to order and I have had several items from them I have been very pleased with. However the last item I ordered was a terrible fit and I have been trying to contact them to receive a return request'. This is proving very difficult as I can't log into their website to find my order. I have tried different ways to contact them but it seems they are only interested in orders and not returns. They should make returns as simple as ordering, I can't understand why they don't send a returns label in the parcel as most companies do. If I'm unable to return this item I won't be using this company again.

Trouble with returns and refund at floryday.com

Purchased some shoes for a wedding that seemed to look like the perfect shoe! (images on website look nothing like the real thing).

Firstly the shoes arrived late even though it was guaranteed delivery of 5-7 days. When the box arrived it had no branded packing just arrived tapped up in a small box with a customs sticker on. Shoes inside were wrapped up in a bag! No returns slip, invoice anything to say that the shoe has come from them.

Secondly I am usually always a UK size 3 so when checking the size guides on their website the shoe sizes were not coming up how I expected them to. There was a whole size difference between the UK and EU match ups. So, I decided to order what would be a UK size 4 just to be safe. The shoe did not even fit on my foot! It was more like a UK size 2.

Thirdly the shoe looked nothing like the images in on the website. It was the wrong colour, cheaply made and the worst looking shoe I had ever seen!

I then went online to find a returns address and what to do - I struggled to find any information for ages until searching via Google. I emailed the company stating that I wanted a refund and requested the address to which I got a reply back saying "Option 1: You can return the item(s) to our UK warehouse and then we will initiate the refund GBP 31.60 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let us know and we'll provide you with the return address and return instruction.
Option2: We can send you a GBP 22.12 coupon code (70% of the product value) which is valid within one year, and you can use it for your next order on our website. Meanwhile you can keep the item(s).
Option3: We can refund you GBP 15.80 (50% of the product value) and you can still keep the item(s)."

I thought ok great, they have replied quite promptly offering different things but still no instructions on how to return or a delivery address!

I sent the package back to the warehouse return address I found on the outside of the packing with a hand written note asking for a refund. Maybe I shouldnt have done this but I was afraid it would go past the return date which is 14 days from receiving the item and as I now know its a company based in China I can see it wont get back in time.

I am still awaiting an answer and just want my money back on my paypal.

Generally really disappointed with the service and returns policy and quality of goods.

I hope someone can help me.

After many weeks of only receiving a partial refund. I finally was credited 100% of my order, if the process had been easier from the start I may have left a more favourable review

I am very pleased to inform readers that I have received a full refund.
I believe this was as a direct result of my poor online reviews.

This offer was made on condition I take down the first review but I reminded
Them other customers did just that and got no refund. They refunded me anyway.
They state they will also give me the clothes but I not expecting them.
Thank you Sitejabber and the readers who remind Floryday and other companies how customers should be treated.

FloryDay where are you shipping from?, who are your cariers?
I paid extra for a fast delivery so I could have the clothes for my holiday. Disabled so could not run around shopping last minute.
Well I have been on holiday and back weeks (made do with a quick visit to Primark - much recommended).
Still no sign of these clothes.
Tentatively hoping they will arrive in time for my November holiday, also sounds like a need to be on a diet as the clothes are smaller than advertised.
Again Primark may have show them how to do...

I did get an offer of a full refund and to keep the goods too but my conscience wouldn't allow it, I simply wanted the goods so very happy they arrived.

After posting a bad review and several emails back and forth, FloryDay finally refunded my money. I will say their customer service was way better than other overseas merchants I have dealt with in the past.

I tried to cancel an order before the order was ever processed. Upon contacting them before the money ever left my account, they went right in that day and pulled the money out and charged me an additional fee, for what I don't know! They would not refund my money. I was offered a 5% discount on my next order, which I will not be making. FloryDay does not stand behind their own refund policy. Which clearly states: 6. Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at *******@floryday.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached.

My order was never processed so why am I being forced to buy something I don't want. FloryDay is a rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Het is een overzichtelijk site, niet al te snelle levering en het retour beleid is omslachtig. Toch zou ik weer wat bestellen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is oke.

I ordered three dresses, one of them had been all over Pinterest, and it was super cute and cheap. I ordered that and two others. After a few weeks, the website was showing my order had still not shipped.

I emailed them, and they did get back to me right away. They said that one dress, the cute cheap one, was on back-order. They offered to cancel the order for that and send the other two, which I ended up agreeing to. So, I did get my refund on the one dress, and the other two finally arrived about a month later. I do like both of them very much and I wear them all the time.

So, I still kind of feel like they did the old bait and switch with that cute dress I didn't get. Also, they made it seem like they were an American company, they are based in China. They did respond to my email right away and refund my money, and I eventually got some cute clothes.

I am amending this review. Generally I have had only positive experiences of internet shopping for years, but this company was initially difficult to deal with. I paid a BIG FEE for a 3-5 day delivery as I was leaving within 10 days. 7 days later had no goods, attempted to contact the company on 24 hours email response, as I was only going to be at the address for 3 more days. Received no reply to my email, I found out later it had gone to spam which I hadn't looked at because the original confirmations came straight to my address Tried online chat service but they told me they had no access to check and I had to continue emailing. However - proof that review sites work, after posting reviews on 4 sites I received a telephone call explaining that one of the items was not immediately available so the whole order was on hold. They did offer me a full refund which I have now received, and asked me to remove the review. I confirmed that I would edit it. This is the truth
