I have placed several orders with Floryday and have yet to be disappointed with either the product or the great service. On a couple of occasions when I wanted to return what I had purchased, this was done quickly and efficiently and the money went into my account without any hassle. Their selection is fantastic and wide ranging and, as a very satisfied customer, I will be shopping with them again.

Product looks nothing like photos.

In July 2021 I order two dresses and never got them. They took the money out my account. They claim they had the wrong address and the dresses werer returned. But I never got my money back. Then they removed my account. But I made copies. All this time. I still have the order number. I reached out to them twice last year. The keep sendind new clothes items. But wont honor my money they took from me. Marilyn Rickmon

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Please spend your $ elsewhere. This company Is a scam. I bought four tops off of this website, not one of them looked anything like the picture the material was awful. I tried to return the items within the 14 day window and they wanted to reimburse me FAR less than what I paid. I tried contacting the company relentlessly with no response. I'm even trying to dispute the purchase with my credit card company.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy anything off this site it’s a scam. You won’t be able to return anything to them even though it says returns in 14 days. Cloths look nothing like the picture

After ordering a dress three & half weeks before my daughter's wedding it arrived 2 weeks after her wedding. When I clicked on My Orders it said I hadn't ordered anything yet even though I have 60 points in my account. They only allow a "live chat" on preorders & not post orders. No ph# for customer service & no order # I could do find so I'm stuck with a dress I no longer need! Frustrating on how much time all of this took which produced nothing!

It isn't worth your aggravation. Ordered dresses and they never arrived. After 2 weeks of waiting and having to reach I was informed one dress was out of stock, received a refund, but the other items never showed up. The tracking info still shows the remaining items at the facility, saying the order is complete. Ended up having to request a full refund & will never order from them again. If you don't have what customers need then you need to close your business.

They have lovely pictures of their clothes on the website but in reality they are made using very cheap materials. When you try to return they want to offer you coupons rather than give you your money back and then if you don't accept they take off postage costs so you end up losing approx £15 off your refund.

Shop elsewhere!

This company is absolutely ridiculous. Find a different site. I was charged $108.36 two times when I only authorized one charge. I called into the company was told I would get a call within 48 hours from the billing department. I was never called back. I called back was hung up on. I filled out an online form, I still have not been refunded the money. Do not risk giving this company your account information. They are hackers.

I implore anyone considering buying from this company to not waste your money. The clothes are not as described, clothes described as cotton or linen are viscose. Badly cut, nothing like the advertised image - it's an utter disgrace and scam. It is extremely difficult to get your money back and even if you can they take off a load for postage. This is a cynical scam and I intend to contact trading standards about their their misleading and false claims. DO NOT BUY.

Stay away from this outfit... cheap all around. I ordered 5 items which took over 6 weeks to arrive. Tracking stopped after awhile and any attempt to reach the company was futile... what they call 'chat' is 3 more websites which tell you nothing. Email requests were answered with form emails which said the same thing each time. Poor quality! I returned all of the items and was charged $30 for the original shipping cost. I paid $20 to return the items so it cost me $50 learn this lesson... stay away from Floryday!

I should have been aware that you don't get quality cheaply but I was not prepared for the synthetic, printed fabrics, complete lack of style- clothing completely at odds with the photos. Never again! I rarely buy on line but some of the garments looked lovely, but just didn't fulfil the expectations.

Here's an update on my experience with Floryday. Guess what, still no refund! I recommend to everyone not to buy ANYTHING from this crooked, scumbag of a company. The quality of their clothing is shocking, their delivery time is months and they NEVER give refunds, even though they send you false bank transfer records. They're hoping you'll just go away and keep your
Money. They are thieves!

Bought 2 items of closing on July 31st, 2021. Neither the fabric nor the size were of quality and as described. I returned them (US warehouse adress) at my own expense and I keep sending emails asking for my refund. They simply ignore me. TOTAL LOSS. When it is too good to be true, it is. Floryday is one these Chinese companies attracting customers with great prices for which you receive pieces of crap. You never get your refund!

Tip for consumers:
They claim full refund upon products return. I returned both items in original packing. NO REFUND YET. I PAID for items, shipping, return fees and it was a TOTAL LOSS FOR ME.

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

They make returns very difficult. Shipping is not free. They may not give you all your money back. Keep pictures of your emails and order numbers .

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes online on 3 April - received after 8 weeks. Only 1 pair fitted. 2 were too big, 1 was too small and 1 was damaged. Return policy impossible to understand, and no contact email or telephone number. Returned by recorded delivery to sender address on box. Received, but no acknowledgement.
They look good value, but customer service in extremely poor.

One month after ordering a top 37 dollars they wouldn't give me my money back but would be glad to give me a coupon for my next order how can a business do that of course I said no I will never order from them again as a matter of fact I will never order from a cheap site again with out first seeing if it's legit Google knows everything

My items were shipped from China, and were slow to arrive. They were poor quality - shapeless styles and low quality material. The returns website and chat "help" rerouted me back again and again to the same form which could not be submitted. Apparently they do not accept returns in actuality. Why else would I get this hopeless run-around? I will be donating my unusable items with tags still on to charity and hope this review will caution others away from this business.

My tip for you is to run the other way!

FloryDay contacted me about my review and offered to refund all my money (including purchases I was keeping!) if I would delete my review. I responded that I had stated the facts, and if things changed, I would update my review. They did contact me with a revised proposal, which I have accepted as reasonable.

First problem: I ordered two dresses on 5/17 and received 7/23/20! I needed the dresses by 6/25. I never got an email stating the date of delivery. My card was charged on 5/18.

Second problem: Their website LIES about returns to warehouses all over the world. They only have one in CHINA! You will have to pay international mailing charges to return any items. The cost to return it to China was more than the cost of the two dresses.

Third problem: material is cheap and flimsy.

Tip for consumers:
This is a Chinese company that gets cheap mailing rates to the United States, but the US post office underwrites those cheap rates. We do not get the same rates when we return the package back to China.

This company has never heard of consumer protection and appears to be violating a number of laws, including deceptive advertising. Their website is impossible to navigate and I am unable to get a refund, or chat or talk with a representative about a refund. I ordered a dress that appeared cute in the catalogue, but arrived in an absolutely ridiculous size - not sure it would fit anyone. Company mass produces clothing from another country and rips off American consumers.

I ordered a swimsuit on 4/20/2020. Money was taken out of my account immediately. I waited 3 weeks and sent them an email. Responded with sorry COVID bs. After 6 weeks I requested a refund and was told no. Today is 6/6/2020 and now I can't even track my order. Totally unacceptable! How many people's money have they taken? My order was 27.98.

Recieved my clothes and returned due to poor quality and looking nothing like the pictures. Still waiting for refund 4 weeks later They say due to "system maintenance " their refund system is down! They offer alternatives but I would not buy again. What a con. Avoid at all costs!

I have ordered on May 18 and still today July 4th I haven't received my shoes. I have open 3 tickets and I get the same reply to be patient because my shoes are in transit. I was also told to contact my local usps which to this day hasn't received my package. Nobody cares that I haven't received my order in 2 months. My last option is to dispute it with my bank as the item never received.

Ordered clothes from Floryday, been trying to return for two days, no response from emails ( 3 sent), been trying to own load returns label for 48 hours... still not downloading!
How am I suppose to return my items within 7 days if I have already spent two days trying to get hold of the company.
I even tried the CHAT icon, only to be told... we don't deal with returns and cut me of... so annoying.
Please, please can anyone help me... the service so far is horrendous!

The material says that it is cotton/polyester. It looks and feels a cheap nylon that would go up in flames if exposed to heat. Customer service, forget that! I sent a message the day I received package for return a return address and refund. No response after multiple text. After multiple weeks I finally got a response they would contact me in 48 hours. Finally after 2 months, I get a response they're located in CHINA, they offered me a 15% discount on a future order, this is not what there return policy states. This is a SCAM, do not order from this company.
