I have read some of these reviews and was very worried as I had ordered £30 worth of jewellery that I had seen on Facebook. However, once I had ordered I received several email updates from the company telling me at what stage my order was. My order was sent Sunday and I received the goods on Wednesday! I was very surprised as I had steeled myself to waiting weeks - or to not receiving them at all following these reviews! The bracelets were 'reduced' to £10 each and if I'm honest, I admit I wouldn't have paid more, but they aren't bad and arrived in a pretty black pouches which I didn't expect. Speaking for myself, I have no complains about this company and the bracelets I ordered are certainly fine for the money paid. Well done Florence Scovel for very prompt service. I can assure you this is a very genuine review. However, would I order again? No I'm afraid not, too many bad reviews so there has to be a reason.

I ordered a bracelet from Florence Scovel, received it, wore it once, the second time I went to put it on, it completely fell apart! Very disappointed in the quality. If this is any indication of the quality of their other products, too bad! I'll never order anything from them again, and I'll tell all my friends as well. Cheap junk!

Decent quality. I am happy with the product. Price was in my budget. I would like to recommend purchase from these guys.

I love their jewellery but had a problem with a ring that broke. Although it took several e mails to explain that it was a fault and therefore did not come under their 30 day return policy (or 60 can't remember). Anyway, they did understand and replaced the items for me. It's cheap for a reason I guess but I like their designs.

Not sure why all the complaints, no body is perfect and you will never please everyone. Ordered 2 bracelets last Wednesday (holiday), and they arrived today, Monday. Product looks as described and the same as picture my wife loves it. Can not comment on quality, only time will tell.

I ordered two watches, then read the reviews and expected poor service. The shipping label was created within a day, mailed out a week later. About 10 days before I received my order. No worries. The watches look as shown, I can see where I might have to reattach some parts eventually. These are $10 watches and I'm very pleased with them

I recently wrote about two items I purchased from FlorenceScovel Jewelry the watch broke and unable to get any replies to my e-mails l would like to say on Wednesday at 22.00pm I give it one more go 22.12pm received a reply apologize for the watch and asked to send a photo of the watch. 22,30pm received another e-mail saying a new one would be in post free of charge again apologize it said watch arrive in 3-5 days the watch arrived this morning

Placed our order the start of november 2015, payment was taken the next day and still not received any order.
Contacted them four times but still nothing.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Have given a five only because these earrings were smaller than i thought, but not taking anything away from the design, i absolutely love them. Delivery considering it is Christmas run up was very speedy, i have no adverse comments regarding product and delivery. Will be buying again.

When I first saw the product on the Florence scovel website I got so excited and purchased it one time. After Looking at the reviews on the company, I became very upset as I thought that I had been scammed.

I ordered the product on a Sunday and got the product on a Tuesday. I am very pleased with the quality of the product as well as how affordable it was.

Haven't received my bracelet yet. Looking forward to wearing this beautiful piece.

A little bit of a wait without communication at first, but all the jewellery order arrived in good order and is exactly as described and pictured. Some lovely items and very good value. Perfect for presents.

I bought two bracelets and one necklace for my granddaughters for Christmas. They loved their gifts however we had a problem with some of the jewelry. I contacted the company, sent them a picture of the problem and they sent me a note stating they would replace them and are sending them to me free of charge including shipping. Thank You for your prompt response to my problems!

I ordered a bracelet and then took a look at the reviews after placing my order. I was mad at myself for not checking those first as this was my first time buying from this company. But, unlike the reviews, I received confirmation of my order and shipping info pretty quick. My bracelet came just a few days later and it's actually really cute! It was very inexpensive so I wasn't expecting one similar to one I paid over $100 for but I really like it and Look forward to wearing it. Might even buy more in different colors.

I ordered two "Swinging Cat" necklaces and only received one, although two was marked on the outside of the envelope. I found their site and sent them a message, received a reply the next day and they are shipping the other necklace. Very satisfied with the quality of this necklace. I thank you very much.
