This website offers quality leather backpacks and purses, however, you must make sure that the ordered item fits your needs and does not need to be returned. Ordered a backpack and a purse but found them to be small (my error) in size. I communicated to the company and filled out the proper form to exchange and willing to pay the difference. Almost a week and no response. When I checked out the cost of shipping back to Florence, Italy for the change, it was high. DHL, the preferred method of shipping for the vendor, would cost me $120.00 and the USPS would have been $60.00. So the caveat appears to be the high cost for return. My recourse is to forget to work with them (they are not responsive) but to sell the items on EBay or Craigslist.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use them. I had a similar experience in Florence years ago when I was there and purchased a soccer jersey. The clerk misrepresented the team and would not refund my money. After arguing for a while, she offered a garment in exchange.
