FloraQueen delivered the beautiful flowers I ordered to be sent to a friend in Paris. It was easy ordering online and they kept me abreast of my order and delivery. I would highly recommend ordering from them if you want flowers sent internationally. It was delivered on the day I wanted them to be delivered and our friends loved them and made their day.
The website is very professional, and they love to send emails twice a week advertising their specials. However they were useless in actually delivering the flowers we ordered. We emailed many times and just received computer generated responses and excuses after they promised next day service. After 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted my credit card company and stopped payment. Don't waste your time and money.
The delivery had way less roses and flowers than in the website pic' such a dissapointment because it is absolutely not what is advertised! I paid 60 $!

I selected a gift card during the product selection page, and on the payment page, I decided to remove the item. It shows that the item is removed but it still charged me when I made payment.
Customer service is bad as it does not respond to you, the only way to contact them is through email. But I emailed in the check for the wrong order as well as asking for the delivery timing, they did not respond at all. There is no hotline to call in so it is hard to contact them.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Roses & Alstroemerias - Deluxe bouquet on March 8 for March 10,2023 delivery to Germany. After ordering I saw all these negative reviews of FloraQueen, which made me regret making my order. However, the flowers were delivered on time and the bouquet looked good. Correct vase as included and my note was printed on a nice looking paper.
The arrangement didn't look quite as good as the photo on the website, but that is expected for any such order. The delivered arrangement was still nice enough, a petal or two might be winter-touched, but flowers looked fresh enough to last. Next day it looked even better as the flowers opened up more. Attached photos show advertised photo from website versus actual received. I would've given 4 to 5 stars if there were a few more roses.
I just wanted to update, that Floraqueen.com have refunded the money I paid for mothers day flowers that never came.
I've used the service to send flowers to relatives in Poland a few times now. The first two times the flowers in the bouquet did not match what was originally pictured but the quality and quantity of the flowers was comparable so I wasn't too concerned. However, the most recent order, for which I paid extra to get the premium size, was a disappointment. They increased the overall size by adding a lot of green foliage. I've included photos so that you can judge for yourself the website photo versus the upgraded "premium" version that was received. Will seek to take my business elsewhere in the future.
The flowers I ordered arrived to my friend's (who lives in another country) place on the day I indicated and the flowers look close enough like the picture. I was satisfied with the product. The card I ordered with it also arrived.
What I wasn't satisfied with (which is why I only put three stars) is the customer service. The order page to put the address in was hard to navigate, that's why the address was shown faulty. I wasn't able to change it so I wrote an e-mail. When I tried to contact customer service, I never got a reply. It was my first time using a flower shipping service, so it made me very nervous. I only ever received e-mails from the country's post service updates, which put me at ease a little. It's still odd, however, that a website who is so adamant about having good customer service would never reply to my messages. If you want to see your order update on their website, you need an account. But nowhere does it say "create an account", only "log in", which is weird. If you go to "forgot password", you can actually make a "new" password and log in, but that's such a round-about way to do it. It's really hard to navigate and frustrating.
I'm thankful for the flowers that made my friend happy, but if I ever need to send flowers again, I might use a different service with better customer service.

The quality of the service is quite disappointing. The flowers were sent via DHL on Saturday for delivery on Monday. Then the delivery was delayed for a day without any specific reason. FloraQueen let me know about the delay only at the very end of the delivery day. There is no way to reach them over the phone. Their support does not read messages carefully and responds only once in several hours.
Update:
After posting a review and reaching out to the customer service team leader via LinkedIn (which is a great way to communicate with the support team), I was assured that the order will be refunded.
My small gesture has been delivered, however the person who should have been surprised was never contacted on that day nor told where the package would be placed. She found the package by mistake the next day. I have tried to contact you on the special day, however I could not reach anyone, as you only work on weekdays. I am not a picky customer and I understand that mistakes can happen, however my surprise has been ruined and I made a follow ol of myself. I hope this will help you and your partners avoid such cases in the future.
