I would put 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered and they never delivered my flowers. Their call center is closed due to Covid, so they ask that you email them. They have not answered any of my 5 emails sent (I sent to 2 of their email adresses) + contacted them on social media.
I spent nearly 100Euros on my order and have not only not received a refund, but also not a single response.

I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered on April 17th in Vienna, Austria. They have not been delievered yet. On the 23rd of April (6 days late) they supposedly delivered the flowers and wrote that noone was there (which is a lie), so the person I wanted to send them to, should pick them up at a specific address. They did not rang the door, did not call the phone number that I gave.
They stopped replying to my complaint e-mails, in which I request a refund, 7 days after the order was supposed to be delivered. I am still waiting for a reply.

Ordered flowers for a birthday gift. 3 weeks later, still no flowers, customer service is shocking to non existent. Stupid $#*! website. I tryed to cancel the order as its useless now but still no response or flowers. This company should be ashamed of themselves and put out of business as they are scamming people. My husband had order bouquet of pictures which was on them page. There was big bouquet of 14 roses and 5 lillies. But Į received 4 roses and 2 lillies. Price of this bouquet was 75 euro.

The flowers were recieved 4 days late and they were a completely different bunch of flowers. I sent an email relaying the issues. I was told that I could get a 10% refund or 30% gift voucher. For the price I paid, I expected 50% refund at minimum. They have yet to reply back to message These people are crooks, expect to receive flowers the wrong flowers. I added a pic of what I paid for and what was received.

Really, really terrible experience. Was offered a price of £59 for a bouquet (on offer, reduced by 30%) but AFTER clicking the checkout my card was actually charged £85. What was delivered was nothing like the picture of what I ordered - it was pathetic and embarrassing and certainly nowhere near worth £59 let alone £85.
I have exchanged 6 messages with customer services at FloraQueen, each time waiting several days for a response. So far they have refused to refund the overcharge and flatly deny that what was delivered was substandard despite providing pictures.

Very unprofessional service, not willIng to accept their mistake and make it right. Gladly, I could dispute charges back to my Credit Card.

I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for the flowers to be delivered, been given 3 seperate dates that they've said the flowers would be delivered on and still nothing, absolutely useless company. Avoid unless you want to wait 2/3 weeks after your delivery date
There are many issues which make me very very upset and unsatisfied.
1-The size of the flowers was not what I ordered. I ordered Deluxe and it was a small bunch of flowers.(photo attached).
2- My order didn't deliver on the right day and it was late. It was for a birthday and there is no point having them day after.
3- The flowers which I received was not what I ordered.
4- I got an email which mentioned I will receive complementary box of chocolate which I haven't.
I requested a cancellation of my order 24 hours after placing it, when I noticed the delivery would be in 11 days time, rather than 4 days as I had believed.
After several emails back and forth to their customer service, with a person called Cris, I was told the order could not be cancelled and I would not receive a refund.
Even after protesting and quoting the cancellation policy from their website, the cancellation was not processed.
The cancellation policy listing on their website which states cancellations would be fully refunded if requested within 5 working days of delivery, (which it was.)
I found the service absolutely appalling, particularly the unhelpful staff member who wrote confusing messages.
I will never use this company again and discourage anyone else using it.
The worst experience ever. The website is misleading, allowing you to buy with next day delivery, while in fact, it doesn't allow next day delivery. Only after placing the order, they will email you on the day of the delivery, saying it won't be on time, without the real delivery day. They don't have a customer service phone number, and only communicate via email. I tried canceling my order, and they didn't allow me to cancel it! The customer service is TERRIBLE, and I have never in my life experiences so many difficulties to do a simple thing as canceling an order. The delivery was delivered, without letting me know, and the flowers don't look like the web photo at all! Thieves, liers, do not buy here!

It was my mother's birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers and some chocolate thorugh FLora Queen. The order was about $100 dollars and never reached its destination.
