Because what I told to them, they follow up proper as per as product expectation, time and well freshness in their product service. I have cancelled an order on15 dec#6840 in these code but these peopke didn't even gave me reply to my email that i gave been send to them they told refund will be credited by 10-15 days but until now i didn't got any refund or reply from their side such a bad review to this

I have ordered combo of flowers and cake for my husband birthday and ist they take the order then at the mentioned time they rejected it and i still didn't get my refund. I have mailed them multiple times but still didn't get any response. 3rd class service and 3rd class site
This is regarding the order number - *******. I have ordered flowers and sweets from Flora Passion in the month of February by paying 1780 Rs and until now the items didn't get delivered.
I have contacted their customer support more than 20 times and until now the issue is not resolved. They are not refunding my money. They are cheats and frauds.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid this at any cost.
Worst service I ever had in my life. If you don't want to get cheated, I would suggest you stay far away from this vendor. You might get the product if you are really lucky enough!
I had ordered roses for my family members and to be delivered outside Kolkata on the same day as it was her birthday. As I was a bit late I was informed that the flowers would be delivered late in the evening. I kept calling them after wards about the where about are of the flowers. Initially they responded but later hungup my phone. Next day the delivery status was changed to delivered whereas there was no delivery done to the consignee. I called up and they initially said they said they would look into it but later on repeated call they started giving excuses that someone fictitious has accepted it. They never gave me a call back nor refunded my money.
Actually they are total cheats sitting there to play with others emotions and earn money.
