Request to all customers don't purchase anything from Flipkart. Being a privilege customer not proper response...

Such a bad quality product. Not satisfied with the quality of the products. The response towards customers is not good.

Never paid amount before delivery, I already paid from credit card, still my delivery not come. Customer care no. Never given answer.
U cont. Written email but nobody reply status.
If time given that time not come, if we checked n seen status only paked still waiting for shipping. Atleast all major city customer care no. Have, what happened to our delivery at least we know...?

Very bad experience Flipkart is giving wrong product, they send the wrong and defective product to customers.

I just want to place an order immediately when went to buy now Option it went for login. K fine. Asked me the password since long time back I forgot it. I called customer care 2 time s. They gave me the solution still IAM unable to login in. Iam asking the management people Y is it so complicated just to login. If I try get the OTP n get again the page is logging as a new page. For 1 hour I struggled for it n of course I got fed up n dropped the idea of placing the order through Flipkart. If you don't resolve such things you will loose valuable customer s. That's y I think for long time I had not used Flipkart due to so many issues in just logging in. People don't have much time to struggle with all these things. That's y I left Flipkart few years back. Today again I got a very bad experience. Pls do some better changes when people are willing to come to your place. Pls respect the customer time which is the most important thing. Thankyou..

During lockdown i ordered mobile. My ordered reached to nearest hub on 6th may. As per govt notication till 9th may it was permitted to supply non essential goods. But they have still not delivered. On 18th may please visit Amazon site they are showing we are delivering non essential in pincode *******. Then why can't Flipkart fo the same. They r also offering some good think we can even collect from nearest hub with showing proper identity. Flipkart should also try this. It is very bad part from Flipkart service

In many of my orders through flipkart I received either different color it different item altogether. How can they are so irresponsible. It is very frustrating to keep returning the item for these kind of silly mistakes. Also the return is too slow.

From my experience, the product quality was not good. Not Happy! Expected a good product but 2 times my experience was very unsatisfactory

I earlier wrote regarding replacement and refund for ikall k320, they might have seen review here or on their site itself, they themselves phoned me then and assured refund. Lastly they picked up my phone and the next day they refunded my amount. At last after so many times calls and lastly writing review this happened. Thanks for review sites.

Flipkart has provided the forged product. I will never recommend anyone to buy from Flipkart. This is the worst experience from Flipkart

I have to buy lahanga choli on flipkart, they delivered product at my door step but the product quality is not good as I aspect that is why I want to return it but they didn't picked up package. OrderNo. OD**************. For Charmis Deep Nourishing Cold Cream VITAMIN A, C, E (4N x 58ml) (232 ml) which has been marked delivered to me in status, has not been delivered to me till date. The concern raised with CC by chat (option to call, mail to Customer care has been removed by the Firm in the name of Covid Care response) since 3rd of this month has not yielded any result, in fact there is no response at all. The review and rating I have raised in review section of Flipkart has been Flagged (does not fully conform to our internal guidelines). The Firm is only postponing the issue without any resolution. This Kind of behavior is not expected from the firm that too for old customer like me.

Started their journey for becoming another Naaptol and Snapdeal. Really disgusting. Sending defected items and rejecting returns or replacement. Now working as agent of cheap products sellers.

Flipkart experience is very disappointing. Would use it only if Amazon is not able to offer the required product. Would had been happier if Flipkart was as customer centric as Amazon allowing two equally good options to us as customers. Really disappointing!

I recently purchased Samsung F62 from flipkart and had opted to give away my Redmi Note7 as offered by flipkart' buyback policy. The value for my old phone after IMEI verification was INR 5400/-, and I paid rest of the amount online while placing the order. However, when my new phone arrived and I handed the old one to the delivery guy, he started looking for any possible scratch or damage which he could not find. In the beginning the delivery agent alleged that there is chipping in my phone near charging port, when I asked him to show the chipping he alleged that the chipping was a mistake rather my phone is bent, however he was unable to show the bend too. He asked me to pay another INR 2800/- in cash if I wanted to give my old phone, which I refused.
The whole event seemed like the delivery agent wanted to find any defect in the old phone, on failing to do so, he alleged about something which, again, he could not prove.

I am a plus user and I have purchase iphone from flipkart on 2nd oct and they gave me delivery date of 4th oct but till today I didn't received my product. On 4th expected delivery date changed to 6th oct and today is 8th oct. Called many times to customer care but they always says sorry for delay will get my product ASAP but I am keep on waiting till today. I don't know when will I receive my product. If they cant deliver on given date they don't need to mention that date because it's like playing with hopes. Whole day we are waiting for the product and eod we received message for not deliver. Really upset.

Using Flipkart since long, but first time service goes worst to worst... no one taking ownership to solve costomer problem... blem on delivery guy... even they don't give the delivery guy details... only apologise and asked to wait... you don't believe promise date of delivery of 24th. Waiting till 29th than to they are not when the product will reach... some funny update on trace... attached pic..

The durability of the accessories and most of the electronics are really cheap, I don't like the quality tank goodness I just buy 1 item once and that was enough for me
