Flight services charged me $235 for nothing. I had called American Airlines to buy a ticket. Somehow I got transferred to Fight Services while I thought I was still talking to American Airlines. I purchased a one way ticket for $180 and now they are charging me for their "services". The employees have very heavy accents and almost unable to understand. Be aware.

The website is very easy to use. Gave us a good flights for the price. We will certainly recommend this site for booking flights!

Tried to make a change in a Singapore Airlines flight and was contacted by them as if they were Singapore Airlines. I paid for changes in flight schedule and better seats that they failed to make happen. After spending - literally - hours on the phone and being hung up on and ignored, I finally put a hold on payment - and then I finally heard from someone. This organization is a scam - I strongly recommend that you not use them. I don't understand how anyone could have good service from them - and suspect the good reviews are fake (just like the names of their representatives on the phone - all-American names in an obvious Indian company).

They ask for a lot of personal data (picture of passport and creditcard) when you for instance want to reschedule a flight. They present themselves as a major airline company while they charge huge fees for no service.

Flightservices.com is a SCAM company. They have their own 800 numbers associated with major airline names when you web search. They MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES as part of an airline's services in attempts to charge fees for NO COST services, such as flight changes. In my case, they charged $149.00 for a flight change, but called the airline and pretended to be me. They requested the flight change, giving the FALSE reason that I had been in an auto accident.
Their actual website has no content, and their 888 number via Square (which handles their transactions) provides NO way for outside parties to communicate by phone. This company is patently dishonest, and I suspect what they are doing is actually illegal.
