Despite all the negative reviews, i did have a good experience Despite all the negative reviews, I booked a flight from India for Istanbul. I must say they are genuine and cheapest. However, one has to be careful about the extra charges being added step by step. They are transparent in terms of extra cost. Better not choose anything extra if you want to buy cheapest and click on options very attentively. For example, don't go for the paid 'Seat Selection' option as seat selection is usually allowed for free on official website (with booking number the third party website assigns to you). Their customer service is good. The representative replies to your queries patiently. Mind you, at the time of crisis only the airline will be able to help you and they will help you even if you have booked from a third party website. My Saudia flight was cancelled on month before departure. Flight Network was unable to help me in that case and i contacted Saudia Airlines. Saudia Agent alloted me seat on Turkish Airline without any extra charges.

Flight Network is the worst travel agency in the world. They are scammers. They received my refund from Air Canada but refused to give me back my money for almost 3 months now (see screenshots). Anytime I call their customer service which is based overseas, the poor guys read to me some scripts and said they're working on processing the refund. Run away from this travel agency as they are nothing but scammers. Don't ever book a ticket with them as you're screwed if something goes wrong.

Hola buenos dias mi reseña es que deben de mejorar y mucho la atencion al cliente no hay comunicacion cuando tenes un problema y debe haber la opcion a idioma español ya que somos muchos los que nos comunicamos en español

The best price
The one bad thing need to be taking care of is the professional on the phone. They do not give a good service. They pretend to do understand, they make you repeat couple times and they they hung up. Not only one but more of them! Please correct that issue

I'm a senior citizen and my eyesight is not what it was... I'm 63 and wear glasses for reading and distance. I didn't notice the small print on their webpage that mentions that the seat selection is an extra charge. What is worse is that they know that there aren't enough funds allocated on their site to seat selection approval by the airlines and so you can be almost 100% sure that the airlines will reject your seat selection so this is an outright farce to charge you more and a you won't know until you've paid that you were sucked in with no way to remove the option at the end. On top of that, the CSR was rude in insisting that they were right and that it's my fault for not seeing the small print... that maybe so but Quebec retail sales law says that you have the right to cancel options within a certain maximum amount of time after a purchase which is not the case here. I will be reporting this practice to the BBB and also to the Quebec consumer review board. Make matters worse they e-mailed me back insisting that they were right and in their right. Ridiculous! They showed no willingness to apply a certain amount of goodwill. Several times in my call back to them which by the way was only about 4.5 hours after my initial purchase and when I received their confirmation back by e-mail, I told the CSR that I believed him and that I had to get off the phone so that I could get back to work and he insisted that I listen to him. What a condescending SOB! If he were my employee, I would give him a stern warning and next time I would terminate him with just cause! I'm still so upset about this guy's poor behaviour that I have if I had a change of heart I would give the company a failing grade and post it all over my social media: FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Messenger!

I selected the price guarantee box that was supposed to be free but was charged 19.99 per ticket for it. Not happy about that. Then i tried to call and complain but they didn't answer their phone. Then my travel agent phoned with a slightly better deal so i phoned again, but no answer. They only gave me till 9pm the same day to tell them of a better price but i couldn't get through in time. Now i want to select my seats but they say i have to contact the airline itself. Not happy about that.

The process was very smooth but somehow I missed seeing the fee associated with booking my flight through FlightNetwork.

Update:
I called them a second time (after writing this review). Talked to an agent much nicer than the first one and he reduced the changing fee $50 to $375, which is still too much. Due to this, I update their rating to three star. Still do not recommend them.

I need to change my flight dates and I find out that the minimum change fee for a flight is CAD$ 425 with no cancelation possible. Even the agent says that changing the ticket would cost around buying a new one.
Sad thing is the company's bad reputation was mentioned while I was referred to their website
By a third party. Will take this notification more seriously next time.
I suppose the technology has helped us to shop our tickets online versus through agents, but then we have to be careful to get our tickets from trusted websites, so skam companies like this one do not rob us off.
Last but not least, this one liner 5 star reviews are most probably done by the company itself to bring up the average ratings in search results. Can't trust them at all.

I feel the agent customer service is not that bad, can still be improved upon.
For today with the agent, It was alright, clear and understandable.
