Customer service rude. My credit is bad and my child needed a computer for college. I'm paying $71.00 a week for 52 weeks. $3600 for a $1600 computer. Have made 33 payments on time and called to ask if I could skip a payment over the holidays and put it on the end of lease. They said no and hung up. Sorry I ever got involved with them. Try Katapult if anyone is looking at bad credit alternatives. Will never recommend this company.

This company advertise 90 days same as cash. They take out less than the amount to pay off the item. After the 90 days they charge a 65 % interest rate on the original amount of the loan. They never contact you to tell you that you will be charged it that your short on the final pay off. For a $1400 purchase I have to pay an additional $2600. This is unacceptable lending practice and they should be placed in jail. They advertise in places like pawnshops and predatory lending is how they are in business.

Tip for consumers:
Hopefully a class action lawsuit will prevent this company from doing this to other people. Maybe the government will shut them down. But I will do everyone my power to stop this company.

Flexshopper is a scam, they have felxwallet options then they tell you that you can order in their store only, how convenient and they are very untrusting lying all the time about this, if you have it available you're supposed to allow it. Then do away with that option all together if your not going to do what you say you will. Do away with the Flex Wallet option so people don't assume it's still a option then find out later it's not an option anymore, I think this is a law suit waiting to happen.

This is the worst company ever I purchased an item and I was charged 1495 by the time flexshopper got my account the item ended up be 1673.54 and then they say their is nothing that they can do I paid taxes on the item at the store then flex shopper turns around and charges me taxes again on top of that the customer service is horrible please do not use them at all if you see them please run far away..

I ordered a 3 bunk bunk bed from this company with payments to be automatically taken out. They take out the payments each week never on a certain day or date, whenever they decide to pull out the payment they do. Then they charge you late fees even though me the customer has automatic payments come out and has no control on when Flexshopper.com pulls my payments out. This company will not honor your contract, they try to make you pay for their mistakes. Stay away! And customer service does not help at all they try to make excuses for themselves and don't care about your contract! I would give a 0 star if I could.

I ordered a vacume from flexshopper.worst deal ever they keep debating your account even after u paid them off and keep saying u owe more than u actually do.customer service is a joke they do not help you straightened anything out.do not order from them I know I'll never do that agian.

I was tricked my a mechanic to sign up for a flexshopper account. I had to pay weekly and was $200 shy off paying it off. I asked the customer service rep for a ONE day extension since my payday was on Friday. They said no and now I'm getting threatening emails saying I owe $1800. They keep blowing up my phone harassing me with random numbers. This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced. I lost my job a year ago due to a disability and tried to tell them that hoping they would send it to collections and i can deal with it when mu spine heals. They were very rude to me and to this day continues to harass me. This company is beyond predatory. They trap you into loans they know you can't pay. Adjust amounts as they see fit. Call you daily from scammer numbers. And are just all together the worst greedy company ever. Heed my warning do not use this company.

The lease agreement set up to where they make a difficult for you to payoff quickly. I was told I can change my payment date to 1mo, but they don't tell you that you have to pay up front for the remainder of the month before they begin taking monthly payments. They also do not give you the option of beginning monthly payments until you have made four consecutive payments for 1 month. Its simple. You pay for 4 weeks and in the 5th week you make a monthly payment. They don't do that. You still have to pay the additional 1 week or the 5th week which means you're overpaying. The lease is set up for sneaky frivolous charges where they can make the most money out of you for an extended amount over the time. You actually wind up paying double for your purchase if not more. They also went into a previous account that they were not authorized to go into using expired credit cards from a previous purchase. They also entered incorrect account info phishing for a payment. They're crooked legalized loan sharks. I plan on filing a lawsuit once I pay them off and reporting them to the NYC comptrollers office and the BBB.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use them. They need to be investigated.

So I called to skip a payment and pay it another time. The lady I was talking to was nothing but rude and hung up my call not once but twice really classes I tell ya never buy from this place it's a joke just save the money and get it the right way becuz ur paying way to much for some stuff anyways criminal but don't take it from look at more recent posts.

I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra and realized it was the original instead of the Apple Watch Ultra 2. I immediately contacted Flex shopper and canceled. I was assured that it was ok to proceed with ordering the correct watch. The incorrect watch arrived in shipping 2 days AFTER the correct watch. I then had to go through what is called their "return request" process. They asked for photos which I sent. 2 Days later a return label was shipped and I called and was advised that a stop payment would be automatic. What they failed to clarify was that the stop payment only happens for a few days and that they would proceed to withdraw from banking until it appeared in their system. I called back and was hit with the additional details that I will never receive a refund for what has already been paid toward a device I never opened and had originally canceled. This company is not forthright and I will NEVER shop with them again. I highly DO NOT recommend this company as they will keep their hands in your pocket as their scam hides behind the fine print of their shady contracts.

Do not believe anything you see on this website. I purchased tires for my vehicle through FlexShopper and despite making my payments within 3 months to avoid interest, this company charged me $115 on top of my original payment as a "sales tax". Absolutely rediculous. If you use this company please take heed and read the entire terms and conditions document or they will rip you off.

I placed an order at bestbuy with flexshopper. It was for store pick up, they said one to two hours and it would be ready. Waited all day and never got a conformation or anything and bestbuy said they had no information on it.
So I just canceled the order.
They refunded the initial payment and two days later took the same payment again.
The only thing the flexshopper billing person told me was to send them screenshots of my bank account or they want help me.
My bank told me not to worry about it and they're gonna file against them for fraud.

I feel that FLEXSHOPPER is a predatory lender & will never do business with them again! I purchased 4 tires with Flexshopper last April ( this is now December after weekly deductions of $30.83 are automatically taken out of my checking account) They said after the 4 month lease ended in August is when the payments started applying toward the loan. Its a 52 week contract. Lease? Who leases tires? The sales rep asked if i read the agreement. (Who reads agreements?) I paid it off right then and there. Tires are expensive, and FLEXSHOPPER made them even more expensive. Never ever again will I, nor will I even allow my friends or family - to ever utilize FLEXSHOPPER!

Do not work with them. At all. We paid our leases off back in Dec. They wait until 4 months later to tell us our leases were never paid off. We told them multiple times that they did not have our permission or authorization to take out a payment that doesn't need made, but yet they still did it anyway. They are HORRIBLE to work with. They are rude, ignore you, and STILL try to tell you you're lying about everything even after sending them proof of every single payment made.

Don't buy anything from here you have interest to pay off just save your money. Go buy it from Walmart or GameStop with no interest fee.

Worse than payday loans and when calling customer service, she only kept repeating the same answer as it was prescripted due to lack of knowledge. I had a balance of $5.00 and within 2 weeks they charged an additional $10.00 and said "they take out the payments as previously". Well, if you don'[t owe $15.00, why are they still taking out $15.00 instead of just what is owed ont he balance. I paid twice as much for the cheapest tires which turned out to be the most expensive by the time I paid it off. READ THE FINE PRINT BECAUSE YOU WILL PAY 500% IF NOT MORE IN INTEREST ALONE.

Customer service hung up on me because she didn't have an answer as to why they took out my weekly amount when the weekly amount was not owed on the balance - less than half was still owed.

DON'T USE THEM - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OBVIOUSLY PROVIDING PRE-SCRIPTED ANSWERS DUE TO THEIR LACK OF ANY KNOWLEDGE OF HOW LOANS WORK OR EVEN THEIR OWN WEBSITE.

I ordered some furniture after 15 minutes I called and canceled it they told me it was out for delivery and said tell the delivery ppl that I don't want it but no guarantee that they will take it back so what do I do if this happens

So today 12/14/23 I get a text message saying congratulations on your approval application so I call the number and the financial advisor says ooh I don't know what that about so I'll transfer you to flexshopper so I get transferred to them and get a very horrible CSR who can barely speak English so I ask do you speak Spanish she says no I hang up call back and get another language barrier Representative who just lied lied and lied so I asked her let me speak to a supervisor and she transfers me but instead of transferring me she stays on line and again lies to supervisor Damicrus that I said this and that well he got fustrated because I requested a receipt of my two payments I made last week and he said look at here Mrs. Luna I'll walk you thru it we try and guess what no text code coming in and he puts me on hold and then says well I'll have to put a ticket in to see what is going on since you got a email and your concern about it saying you got approved I said no pay attention it was a text message and he went off telling me that he was done with me and he would send it to my email and I told him well I'm waiting for it he said no I'll send it when we hang up is there anything else I can help you with and I said yes retrain your employees to be assist your customer that pays their payment of which some of it goes towards theirs and your paycheck and while your a supervisor learn to be patient and passion about your job because you didn't and couldn't control the call and he said look gladys is their anything else I said no dumb $#*! and he hung up on me and I ain't received my receipts and proof of payments made I'll recommend Acima over this company

Beware of any items shipped by best buy. Best buy does not stand good on the item and price they advertise on flex shopper, and flex shopper is not responsible for any changes venders make.

On the second of December i ordered three items. On December 5th I decided to cancel the order. One item was shipped so they said once it comes back, they'll cancel the order. Three days later they send out the rest of the order that i asked to CANCEL. The day after i received one of the items i call them again! I decided to keep the one item. Nothing else showed up at my door. I looked at the shipping and notice the second item that has not arrived was attempted to be delivered while i was at work but was since sent back to the sender and i call Flexshopper again. They acted like they didn't know what to do and they SAID that they'd call me back. Two hours past and i call again. The second person seemed to know what they were doing and proceeded to cancel this order and told me that they'd refund my money, it'd be there in three days. While the package was in transit back to the sender (a package I've never even seen) i find that the package had a damage report on it, but it has not (to this day) been removed from my account. I called back to inquire why it hadn't been removed, they said that they're waiting on confirmation from the merchant. It's a simple email. I called back to talk to a supervisor and they refused to let me talk to anyone in charge! I'll never order another item from this place. I'm so furious that they refuse to cancel my order then refuse to refund a item that i never saw and I'm furious that they don't care about their customers enough to listen when they all to speak to someone in charge!

Beware your credit card info is not safe even after your payments are complete. Nov 26 2020 over a year after my final payment my credit card was charged twice. No email, no phone call or letter to alert of a problem. My account shows completed but once i contacted then 2 mysterious payments are now due. I caught them red handed. They are stealing plain and simple. Opened up a case with the better business bureau showing them the proof of completed purchase on the flexshopper website. SCUM OF THE EARTH!

If you care about your credit and paying double the price for items then run. Flexshopper will process payments that don't coincide with pay day and sometimes won't withdraw so they can tell you, you missed a payment and charge a fee. This happened to me no matter how many times I called and took time out my day to make sure payments came out when they said they would and each time you'll be told something different and they'll never process payments when they say. They use predatory practices that will soon bring this company to an end.

I would stay clear of this company, I paid my product off in January of 2022, then all of a sudden in April they charged me two weeks straight for the item that I paid off. Everytime I called them it was your money will be credited in 7-10 days. I called again today as its been 5 months. Now I'm told my account is closed and I am not owed any money. They owed me 98.22, just imagine doing this to 1/2 of their customers. I would avoid this company at all cost.
